If Emotions Were A Poem

Scared

The lack of sound
Darkness lurking
With the small noises
I want to close my eyes

The voice wondering
Have to stay quite
Can't close my eyes
Cause it could get me

What did I do

As my body reacts
With goosebumps down my arms
Shaking

Why so dark with little noise
I hate it
Could I just avoid it
But it's no where to be found
Why am I panting

As my heartbreak grows
The faster it gets
The less I breath
Could it hear me

Why so scared
I should just stay still
