The next day the Trolls were eating breakfast. Barb, Poppy, Knox, Smidge, and DJ had real bad bed hair. Branch had just finished eating and went to his room to get changed. Poppy was sleeping on Barbs shoulder
Barb tried not to get irritated by it and just kept eating. That's when a loud guitar riff played which definitely startled the Trolls. Knox fell in Barbs drink as he woke up
"AHHHH-"
"OH COME ON!!"
Timber rolled down the stairs and strummed his guitar and took his sunglasses off that were on his mask
"Morning Trolls!" Timber said with a smile
"Morning.." They yawned
Jazzy faceplanted on his waffles and syrup fell in his ear
"AHHHH!! I'M UP!!" Jazzy shouted
They all stared at him confused. Timber jumped on the table and stepped on Trollex food
"Aww man.. 😔" Trollex said
"So!! I got a job for some of you! Except- the grey ones." Timber said
"HEY!!" Carol and Tresillo shouted
"Oh!! Phew!!" Cooper said
Jazzy hugged Cooper close
"We'll get your color back soon Coop." Jazzy said
Timber rolled his eyes under his mask
"Anyway!!! I'm sending out Poppy, Hickory, Laguna, Trollex, Minuet, andddddd Jazzy!" Timber said
"AHHHH!! NO!! It's too loud out there!" Jazzy said covering his ears
"It'll be ok Jazzy!" Poppy said with a reassuring smile
"Yeah bro we'll be right there." Trollex said
"And! If you need some quiet, I got an hour of Classical music in theseeeeeeeeee..."
Minuet looked at the headphones unsure of what they were
"Headphones." DJ said
"Headphones!" Minuet said handing them to Jazzy
Jazzy looked at his friends and smiled
"Thanks you guys." Jazzy said
Poppy, Hickory, Laguna, Trollex, and Minuet hugged Jazzy. Jazzy started to calm down as he hugged his friends
"O-ok! I think I'm ready now!" Jazzy said
"Have fun." Timber said with a smile
The six started to walk away. Knox looked up at Barb and saw she was chatting with Smidge and Holly. He smirked and ran to the other and hid in Jazzys fur

Laguna was looking at the paper that Timber had given them. Jazzy sighed happily as the sweet sounds from the music playing in his ears
"Hmmmm strange." Laguna suddenly said
"What is it?" Poppy asked
"Well this thing the king wants us to get doesn't necessarily exist." Laguna said
"What do you mean?" Poppy asked, taking the paper
"Steam austrians goat milk.." Trollex started to think
"Hmmmmm..." They started to think
They heard a sneeze. Jazzy took his headphones off and turned around. He then sat and that's when Knox came rolling out and hit a rock
"OW MAN!!" Knox shouted
"Knox!! What are you doing here?!" Minuet asked
"I wanted to come on a mission too!" Knox said
"Well geez Kevin Hart." Jazzy said
Knox glared at him
"You guys looking for steamed austrians goat milk?" Knox asked
"Yeah actually." Hickory asked
"Oh!! Don't worry about that! I can smell it out!" Knox said
"But it doesn't exist." Laguna said
"Yes it does! It's just- SUPER rare!" Knox said
The adults looked at each other then at the tiny Rock Troll
"Please 🥺" Knox said
"Mmmmm fine!!" Poppy said
Knox used his sniffer and smelled the ground then sniffed the adults and licked Jazzys nose to get a taste
"O-O"
Knox's right ear twitched and turned his head and jumped off Jazzys nose and ran
They followed him. Knox was then picking something. Laguna saw dust coming out of the crack and saw Knox's hands
"Knox let go!" Laguna said
Knox let go and look at his fingers and his eyes widened. He took off both of his gloves and saw that his hands were grey. He looked up at the Trolls
That's when something exploded and there was a faint laughter. Once the smoke cleared they were grey. They all looked at each other in silence
"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
"I'M EMO!!!!!" Knox shouted
They panicked and ran into each other for a tight hug
"Ohhhhhh geez!! Your moms gonna kill us!" Trollex said
"TROLLS!!!" Hickory shouted
They all looked at the grey yodeling Troll
"Let's all calm down! We'll get through this. Knox, you should've stayed with your mother." Hickory said
Knox looked away
"I wanted to help!" Knox said
"That doesn't matter! It's dangerous for a little Troll like you! You're smaller than Tiny!" Hickory said
"By a few centimeters!" Knox said
Hickory glared at him. Knox looked at him and went back to the castle
The Trolls watched till they saw a ClawFlake grab Knox and drove away on his motor bike. The Trolls quickly ran to see but by then they were already gone
The six looked at each other in fear as to how Barb would react
"Sooooooooooo who's gonna tell her?" Poppy asked
"DIBS NOT!!!" They all touched their noses
Trollex was the last to touch his nose
"OH COME ON!!"
