This book was inspired by GaybieBabie's books called "I need a doctor" and the follow-up "Something has changed", so if you enjoy this one go read those if you haven't already. Now onto the rest, Endgame and Infinity War did happen. But at the end of endgame, instead of Tony dying, every avenger held Tony's hand like this:

I don't know how I can keep Natasha alive, so if u know how please tell me. Vision is still alive, because Tony and Bruce still know how they made him, so they rebuilt him. (They figured how to build him, but without the stone this time.) Steve Rogers also didn't die because he did not spend his life with Peggy. Because he is with Bucky. So Mister Tony Stark will not die. Also, Stephen is not dating Christine, she's just his ex and Tony is not married/engaged to Pepper Potts, she is just his ex and now assistant again.

Now if you've seen Endgame and Infinity War than you know that the tension between Tony and Stephen was REAL. So Tony and Stephen can't stop thinking about eachtother even tho they had gone through something traumatic, they enjoyed it because they were with eachother and Peter most of the time. Tony needs a personal doctor and he's very lucky, because Stephen still is a neurosurgeon and doctor on the side. Which means he still knows how to perform everything a doctor needs to. And what a coincidence he just met the most handsome man that is also a doctor. How weird right??
I have something more to explain about this book. Because in the 5 years that the half of the universe blipped, Spider-Man No Way Home and Home-coming happened. So if you haven't seen that than you might not understand some parts. And there will be spoilers for No Way Home and others. So read at your own risk. So when they blipped they were basically in a different reality where Spider-Man No way home and Home-coming happened. Which is why Tony aka Ironman was not in both of the movies. It's basically that the people who didn't blip in the normal reality, blipped in that reality where Spider-Man and Doctor Strange were. I think that's it for now. Enjoy reading!
