Ciel and Camila were very close when they were younger. The two siblings were away when their parents were lost to the fire.
Ciel and Camila separated when they made a deal on who gets a butler first that was a demon. So of course, Camilawas the first one to have a hybrid butler named, Ruben Falco, who had happened to be from Paris France.
