Age Regression Guide

What is age regression?

To now the basics of age regression/agere you have to know what it means!! The big question what is age regression . I will be sharing the internet definition and what it is to me.

Internet definition : Age regression occurs when someone reverts to a younger state of mind. This retreat may be only a few years younger than the person's physical age. It could also be much younger, into early childhood or even infancy. People who practice age regression may begin showing juvenile behaviors like thumb-sucking or whining.
My definition : Age regression is when your mind set changes from the age you are to a younger age. Reasons it happens can be because of triggers, stress, childhood trauma or its a way to escape adult life. It can also be used as something fun to do. 

So what normally happens when you age regress . You start to act more like a baby or child!!
There are many activities you can do while regress but i'll be talking about that in another part. 

Some people have a caregiver when the regress. The caregiver can be your significant other, a friend or yourself!! You can also find online like in discord for age regression servers and some might have babysitting chats which is useful for regressors who can't find a caregiver.
