"Come here," your grandmother says
As you come towards her, she has a look on her face that you can't seem to read. You looked at your father who is beside her looking uneasy.
Today was your 20th birthday. Could it be a surprise?
You looked at her with a happy and exciting look. Wondering if it's for your birthday.
"I need to tell you something"
The atmosphere made you feel uneasy.
"I've been wanting to tell you this and-" your grandmother says until she was interrupted by your father.
You looked confused. What will they tell you?? Is it something serious?
"Y/n, look-"
You interrupt your father who is speaking.
"What is it exactly? Is it a birthday surprise?"
You giggled uncomfortably.
"Please just go straight to the point"
He took a deep breath and looked at his mother.
"Y/n, Your father wants you back"
"What do you mean?"
"You're adopted, but know that I always treated you as my own"
Your eyes widened you tried to speak but the words seems to be stuck and can't get out of your mouth. You stood up and went out. You just want to run away from everything...
You heard a faint call of your grandmother calling for you but you ignored it.
You were dazed by what your Father said to you.
What else could be worse than this you thought to yourself. And they told you on your birthday. Why didn't they tell you when you were younger? If they did, I hope it could be less painful. The memories you had, all of that felt like a lie. It's ruined for you.
You just decided to go to your special place which will make you feel safe.
Being adopted for you quite means that you are an outcast in your family it made you sad even more. But... If your real parents want you back then...
You stopped as you saw someone singing and resting on a rock.
His singing was soothing and gentle like you could sleep for a whole year. His singing made you cheer up a bit. he sings passionately and he slightly sways his body.
He noticed you looking at him he stopped with a surprised look he thought no one ever comes there.
He said "hi," he thought that you might be frightened.
But Your heart skipped a beat and you felt that the both of you are linked to one another.
