"You can't assume that he's going to read your mind 'mione, he hasn't mastered occlumancy." Jane joked, laughed even and Ron let out a small 'hey' to re-put the situation on track.

"Right, right. So Herm you have to speak up, if you have some problems do not storm out. Is not that big of a deal because you are pregnant and i understand that it's hard, with all the hormones and stuff, but you can't be too mad at him about it." Jane was putting in good use what she learned in her experience with Teddy. Scolding her a little like she did with her son not even a month ago.

Hermione looked at his husband and apologized from the heart, they spent an hour talking about what was going on and how it could be solved, asking for Jane's and Molly's opinion too.

"I just need more attention this days, the delivering date is in a month and i'm also getting scared, on top of the hormones and the pain and the belly being so big." Hermione was trailing off and Ron nodded at everything but he didn't know what to do, he had to help George with the store in Diagon Alley.

"What if Jane takes your shift for two months? I mean until the birth and for a month after?" asked the elderly woman, it was an option sure, Jane needed something to do, staying at home doing nothing wasn't her forte.

"I can be a substitute i don't even need the money for now, so you can take care of Hermione and still make money." Jane followed the train of thought and Ron face light up in hope.

"What about Teddy? Who's going to take care of him while you are at work?" Hermione asked, Jane made a face, trying to solve this next riddle but Molly was quicker.

"It's alright, he's going to be home with me anyways, and you both could stay here a while, Teddy's presence is really therapeutic for some reasons, Jane's presence too if we want to be real about it."

The morning ended up with the married couple agreeing to everything that was offered to them, from having a change of employ, to having to stay at the Burrow at least until the birth of little Rose. A breakfast was well needed and also having to bring all the clothes from one house to the other. Thankfully both house were pretty near so it didn't turn out to be a big challenge.

George still had to get used to Jane's presence in the store, not that he didn't like her, she was great with the costumers (mostly kids that were attending Hogwarts) and she was great with the storage and the counter, there really couldn't be something she was bad at.

"Jane!" called George from the highest floor of the shop. Jane popped out from behind the amortenthia potion bottles and looked up, there weren't a lot of people during this time of the year, the usual target couldn't come by, being at Hogwarts and all. There were a bunch of people their age but no one else.

"Do you need anything?" Jane asked looking up at him from the ground floor.

"I may just go back home early today and leave the store for you to close" Said George going down the stairs, Jane nodded. Him and Angelina explained to her that their little boy Fred was having a pretty bad cough and George being extra worried of his kid (probably because of the memory of his brother) made it clear to her that in slow days he might just go home earlier.

"No worries G." She said going back to what she was doing before being interrupted. Funny enough George stared at her for a few more minutes. He really thought she was kinda of amazing after the halloween party. His mother told him that she decided to keep custody of Teddy and he really couldn't expect less of her per say. The Weasley family really grew attached to her after her 5th year, she was a lonely girl, her parents always away from home, muggles that didn't even know she was going at Hogwarts because their child knew how sceptic they were. So at 11 years old a small girl decided to fake up an entire school that called her for her exceptional smartness. When Fred and George heard her story for the first time they were amazed, that could probably be the best trick they ever heard of, done all by hand no magic involved. They kinda felt attracted to her, just a little crush on the girl, she was indeed smart to them and George still held respect to the person was working with.

"I'm going then, pls check trice if you have doubts, if something happens i may just fire you." He joked winking at her, she laughed not believing a word about the getting fired part.

"I will boss, say 'hello' to little Fred from me please, i miss that little troublemaker." George nodded waved and left Jane alone in the store. Jane respected him too.

unknown days 1995

Jane spent quite a lot of time with the twins during her 5th year at Hogwarts, she found their gums, candies and chocolates quite impressive, so much that she helped them a little, hinting advices within ear reach but never actually getting involved.

She could feel that the dark was coming, actually she could feel everyday getting worse, at school everyone tried to ignore it but you-know-who was alive and Hogwarts was going to be the battle ground, she could just tell.

Jane was reading in the courtyard just behind the main entrance to Hogwarts when a little kid could be heard crying. When she went for the search she found not only the little guy crying but also the twins that some steps behind her were looking for the same person.

The twins set, one on each side of the kid, George fully sitting on the bench and Fred squatting down with his left elbow on the bench, Jane kneeling in front of the kid rubbing is arm lightly (she asked first, always ask for consent even for hugs and kisses, especially with strangers).

He kept on sobbing for a while taking in the small gesture and caring presence of his older schoolmates. From the middle of the courtyard fast steps, almost dashing, could be heard but no one really payed attention to them or Harry for the matter, he was the person running out of the school, just after his occlumancy session with Professor Snape.

"What's your name?" Asked Jane with a small and calm voice.

"Michael." said the little kid between sobs, holding his hand in pain.

"Your hand's gonna be fine Michael." followed George with the same caring voice.

"Yeah it's–it's not as bad as it seems. See? It's fading already." Tried to comfort Fred, asking with his gesture if he could see the hand, before saying that the scar was fading already. Harry got near the scene after noticing other people were around, the sobs made him worried and he had a urge to check what was up.

"You can hardly see ours anymore. And the pain stops after a while" George showed the back of his hand too.

"Yeah" agreed Fred. Jane didn't have it, she was pretty great at keeping distance and cover, until that night for the matter.

A high pitch cough could be heard coming from the door of the corridor, a pink Umbridge standing there with all her shortness and her hand position and feet turned outwards like a ducky. The tree people sitting down stood up slowly switching positions with Harry coming forward, mostly like a protect and attack formation, Jane stepped forward passing behind Fred covering Michael with a hand, enough for him to feel comfort and protection, Fred stepped forward past her passing George that was also stepping forward following Harry, resulting in a triangle with a side longer because of Jane behind George. (formation: scene is the same, Jane is standing behind George to protect the kid.)

"As I told you once before, Mr.Potter, naughty children deserve to be punished." She said with that entitled smile of hers before turning around and step away.

"Go get fucked." Whispered Jane, she really had no more reason to hold back on words or actions after being caught and she felt so good about it. Fred and George looked at her with surprised expression and then at the door again.

"You know, George, I've always felt our futures lay outside the world of academic achievement." Hinted Fred with a serious face, already planning something, George smiled mischievous and replied: "Fred, I've been thinking exactly the same thing."

Ron came out of the room taking some plastic/silicon gloves of, they decided to have Ron help with the birth and all.

"She's healthy, the doctor said to give us like 30/40 minutes to let Hermione catch breath and be in control of her body and then u can come see her." Jane thought she had never seen Ronald smile as much as that moment right there.
