The rain had stopped a few hours earlier yet the streets were still covered
with muddy puddles. A young man in his twenties was walking on the pavement with his hands in his pocket. Keeping his head down he wandered on the busy streets aimlessly. His mind was blank and little did he know where his feet were taking him in the cold gloomy weather. Despite the packed streets, it was as if Ered was invisible to the rest of the world. Not one person would look at him nor would a car wait for him to cross the street. The loneliness was not new to Ered. He’s used to being completely ignored by everyone.

As he kept walking he was forced to slow down as he came up to a steel gate. The gate was a pretty familiar gate to him. Inside the gate was a beautiful park with thousands of flowers bringing him back nostalgic memories. The misty air had the sweet fragrance of the flowers mixed with the sweet past he had locked behind the gate. The blur memories were like a puzzle he was trying to solve through out the past few weeks. Taking a deep breath, Ered looked at the huge lock on the gate. The gatekeeper was half asleep and he didn’t even notice Ered standing there.
I wonder why I'm here? Ered asked himself. Trying to remember, he entered the park and slowly walked over to a bench. The hotel in front of the park had a wedding on going, just like the last time he was here. Even in the rainy weather people kept coming to the wedding in fancy dresses. Before he knew it, Ered was sitting on the bench and closely watching the guests arrive to the hotel. He was forced to separate his glance from the hotel when he noticed a slight movement beside him.
