Part 1

"NICK" I heard someone yell as I sat in my best friends room "Nick someone's calling y-" I look up to see Matt, Nick's brother. I've had a crush on him since...I don't know. A long time. That's all I know "oh hey y/n" he smiled and looked around the room "where's Nick?" I motioned to the closet "In the closet." He chuckled

"right, very funny" he stood there waiting for an actual answer "no for real he's changing in the closet" I laughed "ohh" he looked embarrassed "alright, hey Nick. Buddy, I need you to kinda hurry. I know you wanna look good and all but we gotta go" we were all going to the mall (Matt, Nick, Chris, me, and my best friend Lexi)

We were in the car and were about 5 minutes away from the mall. I sat in the passenger seat while Matt was driving. Lexi, Nick, and Chris were sitting in the back "wait so I have a question" Nick spoke loud enough to grab everyone's attention "well too bad I don't have an answer" matt smiled as he spoke to his brother and looked over to see if he had made me laugh.

I had smiled at his remark and he looked as if that was the only validation he needed. Just a little laugh out of me and he was satisfied. I always caught him looking at me when I laughed but I never knew why. "Well I have an answer, Nick" I smiled and looked back at him "okay good but this question isn't for you so-" I cut him off "well nevermind I don't have an answer anymore!"

Matt chuckled as Chris finally spoke up "OKAY OKAY! What's your question?" We all got quiet as Nick spoke "okay so like, are you and Lexi dating?" He questioned Chris "we haven't really made it official but yeah basically" Lexi started blushing and looked over to me "no no there is no in between. You're either dating, or not" Matt agreed "okay then yeah, we are dating. Are we?" Chris asked Lexi "you guys are so cute" I turned back facing in front of me and rolled my eyes "ugh" "whatever you're just jealous cus you can't tell anyone your true feelings" Lexi jokingly said. "Yeah yeah.." I smiled to myself thinking about it.

"Okay we're here!" Matt parked in the parking lot and looked at us to see if we were ready
