Mazey

Chapter 1

I looked at myself in the mirror, I was very scared and also nervous. I was never the type of person to just look at an ad and then go to a job interview, but I needed to get out of the house. I grabbed my shoulder bag and walked down the street, and looked up at the building I was going to. Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizza plex. The place was huge, and I had to bite my lip to keep from running off. I entered the building and headed towards the desk at the front near the gates to the lobby.

"Can I help you?" The girl behind the counter asked she was pretty rude. I pulled a small notebook out of my bag and wrote something down on it, and handed it to her. 'I'm here for a job interview' is what i wrote. "Oh, that must mean you're Mazey Michaels?" She asked. I nodded, and then I got a good look at her she had dark hair and pale skin with bright amber colored eyes. "Sorry, I was so rude." She walked out from behind the counter. "I'm Paisley. Follow me." She handed back my notebook and led me into a different part of the pizza plex. She brought me to a door that said 'Sam Perkinson' and knocked.

"Come in." Was what was heard from the other side. Paisley left, I opened the door and poked my head in. "Ah! You must be Mazey." He said cheerfully. I nodded and sat in a chair in front of his desk. He looked almost like Paisley, except his eyes were green, and his skin was darker.

"Okay, that should just about cover it." He said, placing 6 different devices on his desk in front of me. "Pick a fazwatch." He said, smiling. I looked at each one carefully. One looked like a brownish-orange bear, one looked like a white bird of some sort, the next one looked like a purply grey wolf I think the next two were strange one looked like a sun the other a moon, then the last one looked like a bright green gator with a mohawk. I picked the purple wolf one up, smiling.

"You know you're the first person to ever choose that one." He said, putting the others away as I fastened the watch onto my left wrist. "Welcome aboard Mazey, let me show you to Rockstar Row so you can meet the animatronics. That way, a couple of them don't come down on my head for you just showing up out of the blue." I nodded. "Wow, you really don't talk much, do you?" He said, leading me out of the office. (The picture above is what Mazey looks like, just in case you're wondering, and yes, I drew it, and I'm sorry if it looks like garbage)

We walked to an area with 4 rooms in a row in a pattern. Each room had a large glass window and curtains they were each a different color, too. I looked around and smiled. Sam stopped and turned to me.

"All right. You wait here, and I'll be right back." He said before walking off. I looked around before sitting on a bench and pulling a black book and a marble star clip out of my bag. I clipped my hair out of my face and began to read. After a while, I heard metal footsteps approach me.

"Excuse me, superstar." A deep yet gentle voice said. I looked up, and there standing in front of me was a bear. He was the same color as the fazwatch from earlier. "But can my friends and I join you?" He asked. I just noticed the other 3 with him a grey wolf, a white chicken, I think, and then a green gator who was leaning against the wall, a foot propped against it. I nodded shyly. "Thank you!" The bear sat on the bench beside me. The wolf and chicken sat on the floor.
"I'm sorry we should introduce ourselves," the bear spoke up again. "I'm Freddy." I smiled.

"Hi, I'm Roxanne Wolf, but I prefer Roxy, and I love your hair it's such a pretty color~" the wolf said. "Can I play with it sometime? Oh, can i touch it?" I smiled and nodded. She gently grabbed my dark golden hair, being careful not to pull. "Oh, it's soft!" She smiled.

"HI! I'M CHICA!" The chicken squealed, making me jump dropping my book. I shook from fear and shyness. "Oh, sorry, cupcake." She apologized, petting my head and handing me my book. They looked at the gator who had been quiet the whole time.

"What?" The gator said finally noticed that everyone was staring at him.

"Going to introduce yourself?" Freddy asked. The gator looked at me. I squeaked, holding my book in front of my face.

"I'm Monty." He smirked as I looked at him again he was staring at my wrist. I guess he noticed my watch. He looked at my blue eyes. "Pretty eyes." He stated. I blushed. I wasn't used to so many compliments.

After a while, Freddy asked. "What's your name, Superstar?" Then we heard footsteps run towards us.

"There you are!" It was Sam he bent over breathing heavily like he was about to puke. I was about to get up to help him when he raised a hand, and I sat back down. He regained his vigor. "I see you guys have already met Mazey." He smiled.

Chica gave me a tight squeeze. "Yes, she's so cute and pretty but also shy!" I tried to wiggle out of her grip.

"So her name's Mazey. I like it." Freddy smiled.

"That's right, Mazey will be your liaison, night guard, and when needed a handler as well as a mechanic." Sam said proudly. I ducked behind my book again as all four looked at me at once.

"We look forward to working with you!" They all said at once.
