Chapter 3

I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that Calum lied. It made me think how many times he lied without me knowing. I was in the middle of doing my hair when I heard a knock on the door. I went to open it to see Luke standing with Starbucks.

" Can I come in?" He asked.

"Are one of those coffee's for me?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

" Yes." He said laughing. I moved out of the way to let him in. "What are you up too?" He asked handing me the coffee.

"Doing my hair & Makeup for the day, yourself?" I said walking back into the bathroom. He followed.

" I came to tell you something." He said smiling.

" What is it." He put what looked like car keys in front of me. "They have golf carts here." Luke knows how much I love Golf Carts, I grew up with my dad owning a country club so I used to ride them all the time.

"Where can I go get it." I asked Finishing my makeup.

"outside your room, how bout you finish getting ready and then drive the golf cart down to the bottom floor so you can meet us for the band practice with all five of us." I'm opening up for 5sos in the next couple concert but I'm also singing disconnected with them and American Idiot, I mostly just sing when the whole band sings and when Calum sings in those 2 songs, I also play the guitar too.

"Okay cool, I'll see you down there then." I said smiling. And with that he left with a smile, I love seeing him smile. Anyway, I took a black and white design kimono and a black romper out of my suitcase, slipped on some black converse and a maroon floppy hat. I finished my hair, lightly curled, grabbed my phone and put it into my bag and grabbed the golf cart keys. I started the cart and started driving. I kept turning random corners to get to the bottom floor. I was half way through getting there when I heard whispering coming up on my left. The golf cart wasn't loud so I think that's why I could hear it. I drove up to see who it was and I froze. I couldn't even get out of the golf cart to go slap him. Calum was standing there for the girl from his laptop making out with her. I felt like my heart just got ripped out of my chest.

"I guess you love me less than I imagined." I said. He turned and I didn't stay long enough to see what he did next. I didn't even care about band practice. I turned around on my golf cart and went straight to my and Calum's shared room and packed my bags as quick as possible. As I gathered my things I texted Luke to tell him I throw up and wasn't going to be able to make it. As I hit send the door swung open.

"Vanessa, let me explain please." He blurted out grabbing my wrist.

" Don't Fucking touch me! There is nothing to explain. This obviously isn't the first time this happened, so don't pull the, Oh she kissed me bullshit Calum. I should have known by the picture and the fact that lied about going out that you were cheating on me. Probably cause I wasn't giving you want you wanted. Sex? Let me guess her name is Larissa?" He looked down, that was a yes. " So much for her just being a fan. You told me that you never would hurt me like Tristan, but look where we are now." And with that i grabbed my stuff and ran to the tour bus. Letting tears escape me left and right.

On the tour bus I lay in my bunk and just think what I didn't do good enough to make him only want me. Just then I heard the tour bus door open with the boys voices filling up the once silent bus saying how there so hungry and can't wait to dig in the pizza. I closed my eyes as I heard Luke say I'm going to get Vanessa.

"Vanessa." He whispered. I didn't move. I couldn't turn around my mascara was all over my face and my eyes were puffy from all the crying, which any of the boys have never seen me cry. "There is pizza waiting for you." Oh screw it, I wiped my face a bit and turned to see Luke standing there with the curtain opened a bit to peek in.

"What is wrong Vanessa?"Luke asked. "Is it Calum? Did he forgot your date or something?" He asked trying to get the answer.

" He cheated on me." I coo.

"He what? Why are you still here? Why are you so calm?"

"I'm here for the rest of you, you guys are my closest friends, I've been through this before, that's why." He looked sorry for me.

"Do you just want me the pizza to you, white , right? Your laptop is out there do you want me to bring it to you?" Luke was so sweet.

"yes please, thank you." He came back a few seconds later with the pizza and my laptop. I went on twitter while I ate. Calum twitted a couple of times.

"Calum5sos: I'm might me the stupidest Human Being alive."

"Calum5sos: I fucked up badly"

I Shut my laptop and tried to go to sleep.

A couple hours later, It was around 2:00 a.m and I went to the back room of the bus. I was sitting for a couple minutes when I heard the sliding door open. I turned to see Luke.

"How are you Vanessa?"He asked. I lied.

"I'm good." I said my voicing cracking sensing that i might start to cry.

"Vanessa, I know you have a wall, and you tend to push people out when really you need them the most. You don't have to be so strong all the time. Everybody gets hurt and it happens to the worst people." At this point tears will sliding down my face and Luke jumped right on it to wipe them away. It's like he is the only one that is there when i need someone and he can always read my mind or something

"Luke it's just that he promised he would never hurt me. I really wish i could hurt him the way he hurt me but I knew if I had the chance to I couldn't." I just laid my head on his chest and tried to think how I'm going to get through the concert tomorrow.

The concert went great in my eyes, it was weird singing the parts with Calum, it felt different.

Luke's P.O.V.

"Guys that was totally awesome." Ashton Yelled. Vanessa smiled, she did so good. Calum is a douche for what he did. I would never do that to her. She doesn't realize I'm the one for her.

" It wasn't awesome." Calum stated. "Vanessa, messed up my vocals." He finished.

"Really du-" Mikey said, quickly cut off by Vanessa.

"I'm sorry, it was my first show, I'll do better for you next time." Then she walked away. She could have been 10x more of a bitch.

"Dude I know we said that your mistake wouldn't come between the bandit what the hell." Mikey said to Calum.

"what she is mad at me." Calum snapped.

"Really ? She has ever right to be." Ashton said.

"She could have been a bitch to you like you were a dick but she didn't doesn't that show character." Mikey added.

"Calum you know what she said to me last night, she said that she really wishes that she can hurt you the way you hurt her but if she had the chance to she wouldn't be able to cause she loves and cares for you to much even though you smashed her hurt when you promised you wouldn't." I blurted out. He stood there wide eyed. Since he didn't answer I walked away to find Vanessa.
