As the doors of the room closed behind him, Bongbong took a moment to compose himself. Today was his first day as the President of the Philippines, a moment he had been working towards for years. He looked around the room, filled with his newly appointed cabinet members, and felt a mixture of excitement and nervousness.

"Who will lead us in prayer?" Bongbong asked, breaking the silence that had settled in the room. A brief pause followed as the eyes of the cabinet members darted nervously from one to another. No one seemed willing to step forward and take on the responsibility. Thee newly elected President couldn't help but feel a twinge of disappointment.

But then, a soft voice broke through the silence. "I can lead the prayer, Mr. President," Vice President Sara Duterte said, her voice unwavering. She stepped forward with a gentle smile, a calmness radiating from her.

Bongbong's eyes met Sara', and a smile formed on his lips. He had always admired her courage and determination. It was one of the many things that had drawn him to her during the campaign season. Their shared vision para  sa ikauunlad ng bansa had brought them closer, but they had kept their relationship a secret, hidden from the prying eyes of the public.

After the cabinet meeting concluded, President Marcos retreated to one of the private rooms in Malacañang Palace. He couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation as he waited for Vice President to join him. The room was filled with a quiet tension, the air thick with their unspoken desires.

As the door creaked open, Bongbong's heart skipped a beat. Sara stood there, her eyes shining with affection. He couldn't contain his happiness, and a wide grin spread across his face. He stepped forward, his arms open, and the two embraced each other tightly.

"I've missed you," Bongbong whispered, his voice filled with a mixture of longing and joy.

Sara nestled into his embrace, her voice soft as she replied, "I've missed you too, my love. It's been so difficult not being able to see you openly."

Bongbong held her even tighter, his voice filled with determination. "I know, Sara, but we can't hide forever. We have to face the truth and let the world know about us."

Sara nodded, her eyes filled with unwavering resolve. "You're right, love. We owe it to ourselves and to the people who put their trust in us."

They held each other, finding solace and strength in their love. Little did they know, the people around them, including the senators who were part of their party and their families, had already caught glimpses of their affectionate moments. They had been discreet, but love has a way of revealing itself.

One by one, their closest allies began to approach them, smiles on their faces and warmth in their eyes. Bongbong and Sara looked at each other, surprise mingled with relief.

"We know," Senator Imee said, her voice filled with kindness. "We've known for a while now. Hinihintay nalang talaga namin kayong dalawa na mag sabi sa'min."

They both exchanged a knowing glance, realizing that their secret love hadn't gone unnoticed. But instead of judgement, they were met with acceptance and support. Their fears slowly dissolved, replaced by a newfound confidence.

Hand in hand, they faced their allies, ready to embrace their truth and embark on a journey of love and leadership together. No longer burdened by secrecy, they were prepared to show the world that love knows no boundaries and that their commitment to each other would only strengthen their dedication to the people they served.

As they stepped forward, united and resolute, they knew that their love story had the power to inspire and transform the country. And with that, they embarked on a new chapter, hand in hand, ready to lead the Philippines with love.
