Isla Mazza
American actressIsla Stella Mazza (Charlestown, march 18 2002) is an American actress. She gained prominence through his roles in the netflix series The society and for her performance in the film Elvis (2022).
Isla was born on march 18, 2002, in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood. She's the daugther of Milo Mazza, producer of series such as Euphoria and Outer Banks, among others, and Natasha Hayden, American designer known for her involvement with Dior.
Mazza is bilingual in English and Italian, and holds dual United States and Italian citizenship due to his Italian father. Growing up, Isla spent summers in Crema, a small Italian village half an hour away from Milan, at the home of hers paternal grandparents.
At the age of seven and after her parents took her to see a performance of Shakespeare's classic, Hamlet, Isla knew she wanted to be an actress. She studied acting since then in the best schools throughout the state of Boston.At the age of 8 she began her model career posing for her mother brand. Isla appeared in magazine as Teen Vogue or Cosmopolitan when she was a teenage.
In 2015 she made her television debut for the ABC series General Hospital, Mazza, also, played the starring role of Taylor Otto in the ABC sitcom American Housewife from 2016 to 2021, but became best known in 2019 for playing the role of Elle Tomkins in the Netflix series The Society. She participated in 2020, in the Quentin Tarantino film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, where she played Snake.
Isla played Priscilla Presley in Baz Luhrmann's 2022 Elvis Presley biopic Elvis. She drew praise from critics, who applauded her ability to match co-star Austin Butler's charisma. For her performance in the film she won the AACTA Award for Best Supporting Actress.
