The thing woke up on the floor .
It was surprised to see it wasn't the bathroom floor , instead it was its bedroom floor .
It lays on it's back for a few more minutes , letting the texture of carpet sink in .
It finally gets up , checking out the window .
They see a simple little human outside . Looking a bit far away , considering they're on the 2nd floor of its house .
The human looks up at the window , seeing the thing .
Instead of being disgusted like people usually are , the human seems to light up , and gives the thing a small wave .
The thing is confused .
Why aren't they disgusted ? Or even running away ?
The thing waves back at the human , and they smile up at the strange creature . It smiles lightly in response .
The human waves goodbye , seemingly having to go somewhere , and then walks away smiling .
Today is another day .
