I am so sorry guys that I haven't updated in so long. I actually started a new story and then school started again and then I got a little sick and then I couldn't do things because I was with friends and family! Oh well, I hope this update is good enough to make up for it.

Also guys, thank you for so many views and for so many likes! I didn't think this story was that good, but 70 lkes and this is only the 5th part! Well I hope this continues to be one of your guys favourite stories because I have this all planned out and there should be a long long story for you all, so I hope you all hand in and enjoy the ride!

Your way of killing the titan was something you were going to have to design yourself, but killing your first practice you used the basic slash at the back of the neck, going as fast as you could and using both blades to slice out a deep part of the back of the neck. You used none too little effort as you put a spin on it, making the blades slice deeper and halving the time it would take for you to kill a titan.

Landing on another branch elegantly you slipped your blades into your holders as you pushed some lose strands of hair behind your ear as you ignored the pulsing pain from your ankle. You couldn't lie, the feeling of slicing the back of the monsters neck and flying through the air was exhilarating, it made you feel in control and powerful.

"That was a good clean slice!" Petra jumped down onto the same branch as you, as she had been on the branch above you, and gave you a wide smile as she pushed her hair behind her ear also as she looked over your handwork as you hummed quietly, crossing your arms over your chest.

"Tsk, it was sloppy work" You muttered as you looked at the cut. It could have been deeper, sure it would have killed the beast bur if you cut deeper and quicker you would be able to make a more efficient kill, and then you had to factor in that you may have to kill more than one at a time, the terrain and everything else....

"It isn't (Y/N)! You did better than some solders I have seen who have been killing titans on the front lines for years! Don't put yourself down, you will keep on improving" Petra flashed you a bright smile as she rested a hand on your shoulder, making you go ridget as your glare intensified on the fake titan as you resisted the urge to move away, you had to be somewhat friendly, you were going to be with these people for quite a while.

"Yea but not as good as the corporals or us! You still have a long way to go rookie!" Oluo yelled from his branch as he gave a smirk, Gunther nudging his team mate with his elbow and gave a weak chuckle and shook his head.

"Oh stop being such a meanie Oluo! She was awesome for her first slay! Wasn't she corporal!?" Petra glared at Oluo before giving a wide smile at Levi, who was now perched on the branch above the two of you, his eyes locked on you as a weak smile was on his lips. A small shiver ran down your spine at the look in his eyes, you couldn't describe it but it was just so.... Intense.

"Her technique works so far, it means that we don't have to teach her as much as we originally thought. Good work so far brat" He gave a bit more of a smirk as he seemed to be looking deeper into my eyes, and it made my heart flutter ever so slightly again as you quickly looked away, another shudder down the spine.

"You also seemed to get just the right amount of depth to kill it too! If you cut a bit deeper it will reassure you that it will die!" You heard an enthusiastic Hanji call. She was now on the fake titan, taking a closer look at the cut you had delivered to the back of his neck. Why the hell did she have to be so bloody loud again?
