Austin Aquino,

7:05 A.M.

*Beep, beep, beep, beep*

God, that damn alarm drives me mad every time I hear it because of the amount of times I've had to listen to it every morning. I lay in bed for another 2 minutes before I reach out for my phone and turn off the alarm. I check the date to see what I'm waking up to— damn, it's only Tuesday.

Doesn't hide the fact that it's just another shit day at school that has absolutely nothing to offer other than rock hard hash browns and greasy bacon strips. I seriously don't wanna get out of bed regarding the fact I stayed up 'till 4AM last night messing with some rando's on Omegle— despite the amount of cocks Ive seen on that godforsaken website.

Somehow, I manage to muster up enough energy to actually get up off my bed. I turn to the side and put my feet on the ground while sitting there for a bit before I head over to the bathroom to piss. I reach the bathroom and lift the toilet seat up. I turn to my right to have a look at myself in my mirror and notice how dark my dark eye circles are. Eh, doesn't really bother me since I don't care much about modern beauty standards. I wash my hands and head downstairs to get myself my usual breakfast— 2 brioche bread with Nutella spread into it. My mom constantly tells me to stop eating this stuff since it's unhealthy but it's really the only thing I wanna eat in the morning.

My dad is asleep on the couch because he has a Night Shift as a janitor on the local train. My sister is at the table eating her chocolate flavoured cereal while my mom is preparing her lunch. She's having pasta today, which explains the buttery smell that seeps through the house. I finish eating my unhealthy breakfast and go back upstairs to get ready for school. I head back to the bathroom and brush my teeth. I don't have a whole closet stuffed with clothes so I'm only able to make 3-4 outfits but it's fine. If it's comfortable then I'm good. I put on a loose white t-shirt with a loose brown zip up hoodie that I've had since my dad passed it on to me after it didn't fit him anymore. I pair it with some grey sweatpants and a pair of red Air Jordans.

It's only 7:40 so I lay back down on my bed and catch up on social media. After a couple minutes of scrolling mindlessly on Instagram, I check the time again and it's 8:05. Times going real fast this morning for whatever reason (which is a good sign since my life's pretty boring and I don't see a point in spending too much time during the day) so I pick up my bag that's filled with nothing but a couple copies and my sappy pencil case and head downstairs to say bye to my mom and sister before I leave the house to go to school.

It's 8:35 and I've arrived onto school grounds which is just packed with students. Of course, there's always the different cliques hanging around like the band kids, skaters, popular kids and the stoned kids. I don't fit into any groups since I prefer being on my own than anything else. I get to my locker to get my books— well, "get my books" because I don't usually bring them to class and my locker is pretty much a graveyard for broken pens and pieces of paper with scribbles all over them. The bell rings and all the students rush to their classrooms which I see no point in doing since I don't see why people wanna learn about stuff that will be of no use to them in the future. I walk over to my class (History, which really sucks) and some kid with a skateboard bumps into me. It surprises me slightly because I'm walking around half asleep until they turn to me and apologise.

"Ah, sorry. I'm just rushing to class since we've got these presentations we gotta do today."

He sounds pretty tired, wonder if he's been up all night working on this presentation of his. I tell him not to worry about it until he turns around again and speed walks to his classroom. I'm gonna be brutally honest here, that was probably the biggest event that has happened in my life since my mom caught me playing video games at 2 A.M on a school night. Damn, that just shows how boring my life really is. I get to my classroom and prepare myself for another 6 hours of useless knowledge.
