Hello! This is the script I wrote for shifting in raven methode. Other people can use it if they are comfortable with that.

Siblings: My twin brother Ron, my two older brothers (also twins): Fred en George, my older brother Percy, my younger sis Ginny, my older brother Bill and my older brother Charlie.
Other familie u would like to add: No direct familie but my two best friends Harry and Hermione who do feel like familie.

In this section I wrote my relationship with every person. How we met, how close we are, what we do together etc.

Hermione: I met her in the train to hogwarts in my first year, the longer we knew eachother, the better friends we became. We are now in a friendgroup with Ron and Harry. We have potions together and we spend our free time with Harry and Ron mostly waling around or going to visit Hagrid.
Harry: also met him at the train station, he sat in the train with me and Ron and bought us a bunch of candy on our way. Ron became friends with him very quickly so I did too. With him there is always some adventure around.
Ron: My twin brother, we don't look alike that much, but our energy matches totally even though we are sorted into different houses. Most of the time we sneak into the library in midnight to eat snacks together and talk about how our day has been. We do fight very much over little things, still love him tho.
George: My older brother. He's my favorite twin brother I think. Also love the other one but Fred doesn't notice feelings very quick, George does and cares about it, if u don't like his joke he'll stopp immediately.
Fred: My other older brother. Also love him, but sometimes his joke are a bit rough.
Ginny: My younger sister, I love her a lot and spend much time with her. I help her studying sometimes.
Draco: Just an annoying person, he bullied me in my first year and every since then I hate him.
Neville: Friend. We don't do that much together but if he needs me or I need him we're always there for eachother.
Cedric: He clinges a bit to me, Ron told me he likes me but I have no interest in him acually.
Helena Ravenclaw: Good friend of mine. I always come to her when I need to vent and she'll listen and help me with my problems.
Luna: Friend. She's my only friend in the same house so mostly we hang around the Ravenclaw common room together, she's also my dormmate.
Sirius: Met him last year and he kinda feels like a brother now. Harry still writes him.
Snape: He hates me and I hate him, I mostly skip his classes.
Hagrid: Good friend. After my classes I visit him very often with Harry, Ron and Hermione and we talk about our days.

How I wake up:
I'm in my blue dorm. Luna wakes me up. I hear her soft voice saying: "Ash, wake up, you're gonna be late for your classes, charms class starts in 10 minutes come on." Slowly I open my eyes and stare at the blurry dark blue night sky with stars shining and lighing up my room.

What I'm wearing:
I'm wearing black/blue checkerd pyama's and fuzzy christmas socks. My hair is a bit messy.

Senses:
I see the ceiling of my dorm; a night sky with stars, but it's all still blurry because I'm not wearing glasses yet. I can hear Luna her soft voice telling me to wake up and in the background I can hear the rain ticking to the windows. I can feel my soft bed underneath me and my wand still laying in my hand palm. I feel Luna her hand on my shoulder as I am laying on my back. The room smells like worn sweaters, cat hair, a bit sweat and the fresh sweet smell of Luna her shampoo. I'm tasting my morning breath and a bit of coffee from tonight.

Time passage: 1 minute = 1 day
Time: i have a tattoo on my arm of a clock and I bewitched it so that it would go along with the time. I also have a pocket watch to see the time in real life.
Carrying: My wand and a notebook that makes every wish I write in it come true
Memory: I will keep all memory from Hogwarts when I wake up irl again.
Feelings: Nu full heads, thinking positive about learning, immune for any loneliness or depressing feelings.

Here are some extra things I added

I have vampire teeth and for the rest are my teeth like perfect. Can't see good without my glasses. I always smell nice and fresh. I can talk to animals.
