"Are you mad?"

Silence. "No"

"You sounded mad."

"No." he said once again before ending the call.

"Bastos, binabaan ako" she whispered.

She removed her coat and her pants, leaving only her bralette and cycling short on. She went to the kitchen to look for food.

With the tv turned on, she sat down on the sofa to watch. The pasta will serve as her dinner, she's lazy to cook. She feel so lazy this day.

As the night deepen, Irene decided to call Greggy. She dialed his number couple of times but he isn't answering. She tried one more time, but still, no response. She's getting pissed now.

She knows that he's not busy at this time now. So she sent him a text.

Irene:
Sasagutin mo o hihiwalayan kita?
7:59 pm

She was about to dial his number again but before she can do that, Greggy's name appeared on the screen. He's the one calling her now. She smirked before sliding it to answer.

"You don't want to be single huh?" she said upon answering the call.

Greggy deeply sighed on the other line. "I'm driving, on my way home."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I'll just end it"

"It's okay, you're on speaker. Talk now."

"Sorry."

"Why do you keep on saying sorry?"

"I know I annoyed you earlier. I'll be the one who will lower their pride even though I am not the one in fault." she rolled her eyes.

Greggy let out a light chuckle. "Apologies as well, love. I just got carried away."

She then heard the car door closed and the lock sound of the car. "You've arrived?" she asked.

"Yes."

"That's good. Did you have your dinner already?"

"Not yet. I'm not that hungry."

Minutes pass, she heard the doorbell rang. "I'll just check it love." she told him.

Her lips parted in shock when she saw her boyfriend in front of her, holding plastic bags on his one hand and his phone on his ear.

Greggy ended the call and put his phone inside his pocket and went to hug Irene.

"I thought you're going home?"

"I'm home. I'm with my home" he whispered.

Irene's heart melted by his words. She smiled and hug him back. Greggy pushed the door closed and locked it. When they parted, he gave her the plastic bag.

"What's this?" she asked.

"I got you calamares and fruit tea."

"Wow!" she exclaimed. She get the plastic bag and went to the sofa.

Irene took the food out from the plastic bag and started to eat. There's a smile on Greggy's face while looking at his girlfriend. He sat beside her and extended his arm on the back of the sofa. She leaned closer to him and they watched together.

"Open your mouth" she commanded. Greggy did opened his mouth so Irene fed him.

"How's your day love?" she asked later on.

"It was good. The usual, piles and piles of paperworks, tiring. But it's okay, as long as I got you"

"Anong connect?" she chuckled.
