"Ah, found you at last. Are you one of the new students?" The stranger asked me, and I looked at him with a confused look
"New student?"
"You shouldn't do things like that. Leaving the Gate on your own! Not only that, you have yet to tame your familiar which has broken a number of school rules."
"Let me go! I'm not his freakin' familiar!" The demon cat Grim said
"Sure, sure. The rebellious ones always say things like that. Just quiet down for a moment." The stranger said as he covered the demon cat's mouth
"My goodness. It's unpreceded for a new student to leave the Gate on their own. Uuuggh... How impatient can you be young man?" The stranger said
'Young man? Can he not tell I'm a girl!?' I thought to myself
"The entrance ceremony is already well under way. Let's head to the Hall of Mirrors." The stranger said
"Gate? What gate?" I asked
"It's the room you woke up in with all the doors. All students who wish to attend this academy must pass through one of those doors to arrive here. Normally, students wake up only after the door is opened with a special key but..." The stranger explained
"I think it's that demon cat's fire that blown off the lid" I said as I pointed at the demon cat and he looked angry when I said that
"So, in the end the culprit appears to be this familiar. If you're going to bring it with you, you must have to take responsibility and properly take care of it" The stranger said
"But it's not mine and to let you know, I'm actually a g-" I was about to tell him but the stranger cut me off
"Oh my! Now isn't the time to be long winded. The entrance ceremony will soon come to a close. Let's get a move on" The stranger said as he started to leave
'He's very rude on not letting me finish my sentence' I thought as I followed him
"Let me ask you something, who are you and where exactly am I?" I asked and the stranger paused his walk
"What's this? Are you still dazed?" The stranger asked and I felt an irk mark
"No, I'm not dazed!" I yelled which made him jump
"W-well, it appears the teleportation magic has left you disoriented..." The stranger said
'Did he even listen!?'
"Well, it is fine. It happens often enough. I shall give you an explanation as we make our way there. For I am gracious." The stranger said with a smile
'Why do I have a feeling I'm going to hear that word a lot?' I thought as we started to walk again
The stranger explained to me that I'm at a prestigious magic called Night Raven College and the world that I'm currently in is called Twisted Wonderland, the stranger even told me that he's the headmaster of the school and his name is Dire Crowley. I learned that the magicians who are seen worthy by the Dark Mirror can attend this school, the students who were summoned came from all around the world, then he told me how an Ebony carriage comes to meet student and brings them here
'Weird... The last thing I remembered was that I was in my bedroom getting ready to hang out with my friends for my birthday. Then I saw a mirror in my room, and I think I saw a horse with a terrifying face...' I thought
"The Ebony Carriage goes to welcome new students chosen by the Dark Mirror. They are special carriages that carries the doors to the academy. The market decided long ago that carriages are used to welcome people on special days" Crowley explained
"The market? From where?" I asked as the demon cat Grim was trying to free itself
"Come. Let's go to the entrance ceremony." Crowley said as we enter the building
No One's P.O.V Mirror Chamber - Entrance Ceremony
"Is that all for the new student dorm assignments? Listen up new students. Here in Heartslabyul I am the rules. Break them and its off with your heads." A boy with red hair said
"Yawn~ The stuffy ceremony is finally over. We're going back to the dorm. Savanaclaw, follow me." A man with lion ears said
"To the new students, congratulations on entering this academy. Enjoy your life here to the fullest. As dormitory leader pf Octavinelle I will support you to the best of my ability" The boy with glasses and sliver-blue hair said
"By the way, where did the headmaster go? He flew out right in the middle of the ceremony..." The boy with blond hair and purple tips asked
"Abandoning his post..." The floating tablet said
"Did he get a stomachache or something?" A boy with white hair asked
Then suddenly, the doors were slammed opened
"Not at all!" Crowley said
"Ah, he's here" The boy with red hair said
"I cannot believe you all. We were missing one new student, so I went to find him" Crowley presented Kagome whose face was covered by her hood "You are the only one left yet to be assigned a dormitory. I shall watch the demon cat for you, step in front of the Dark Mirror" Crowley said to Kagome as she started heading to the Dark Mirror
"State thy name" The Dark Mirror said
Kagome jumped a little because a face appeared in the mirror
"Kagome Higarashi"
"Kagome Higarashi... The shape of thy soul is..." The Dark Mirror gasped when it saw part of Kagome's face "You..."
"What's wrong with the Dark Mirror? It never made a gasp before" A student asked
"I don't know. I hope it's nothing bad" Another student said
"Remove your hood young lady" The Dark Mirror said
"Young lady!?"
"A girl here at an all-boys school!?"
"I wonder if she's cute"
Kagome removed her hood to show her appearance which made both Crowley and the Dark Mirror gasping again
'Headmaster... Kikyo? No, it can't be her she died a long time ago' Crowley thought
"The shape of thy soul is a pure" The Dark Mirror said
