~~Billie's pov~~

I sped home from the bar because Vince disappeared tonight without telling me anything. I'm assuming it was when I was talking to Audrey because he didn't even come out to see me once I finished and I definitely would've seen him leave when I was on stage. I've tried calling him and texting him but I got no response so forgive me if i'm a little bitchy.

I open the door to see roses all over the floor and candles somewhat set up....
Now, I would say this is romantic as fuck but it was no where close.

The candles weren't lit and the roses looked dead but it was too dark to tell.

I flick the lights on

Yup, dead.

I sigh to myself noticing the rose wrapping tossed to the side. He just reused the ones I sent him on Valentine's Day.. 7 months ago...

I turn the lights back off trying to stay calm

"Vince?" I call out, hanging my keys on the key rack and taking my shoes off but no response.

I lock the door and put my stuff down then follow the dead rose path that leads to the bedroom.

I open the door and there he was

Laying in my bed.

smiling at his phone.

Stay calm Billie.

he looks up and smiles at me

"Heyyy babyyy."

Calm Billie just left the room.

I furrow my eyebrows.

"Are you serious? You didn't answer my texts, hell you didn't even tell me you were fucking leaving and now you think shits okay?" I say in a bitchy tone.

"Babe I told you I had a long day-" he says slowly in a low tone

"I know you did but So did I! That's not an excuse to ignore my calls and texts Vince. I only had ONE fucking song to do and you knew that! Why couldn't you wait? When we were leaving the bathroom I told you to wait in the room and you said 'okay baby' making it seem like you were going to WAIT for me to do the ONE SONG!! On top of that, you left and didn't even leave a text or ANYTHING!!"

"Baby you took forever so I just took an uber-"

"With my card?!" I yell

"I didn't know how long you would be.. I told you I was tired..."

"You weren't so tired when you were trying to fuck me in the bathroom!!"

He stays quiet for a few seconds before trying to apologize.

"I'm sorry.."

"Whatever Vince. Pack your shit, I'm done." I say about to walk out of the room

"Wait wait wait.." He says

I watch as he rubs his eyes and mumble "How the fuck did I forget."

"Baby.. I came home earlier than you because I wanted to surprise you, you saw everything downstairs right?.."

He walks over scratching his head

"I did... The roses were dead and the candles weren't lit.." I say shaking my head as he snakes his arms around me

"I know.. Sorry about that, I ran out of time.. Even though the shoe- I mean show! Even though it was small and for fun, you still deserve this." he says picking me up and placing me on the bed
