"c'mon baby your almost done okay?" karl says while i squeeze his hand in pain

"one more push okay y/n" the doctor says

i just nod and push while she counts

"look down mom" the nurse says as a baby is placed on my chest

i begin to cry my eyes out looking at mine and karl's little boy

i look up at karl and see he is crying too lightly rubbing the baby's head

"dad do you want to cut the umbilical cord?" the nurse asks looking at karl

he nods his head and cuts the cord once the cord is cut he gave the scissors back to the doctor and watched our boy again

he looked at me and leaned in for a kiss

we broke apart and the nurses took the baby to go clean him up

"imma go see him okay?" karl says wiping his tears

i just nod and watch as he walks over to the baby with sparkles in his eyes

the doctor cleans everything up and i can finally lay with my legs flat even though i can't even feel them at the moment

the nurses leave the room after handing karl our baby and he slowly walks over to me being as careful as he can

"look at him baby" karl says to me

he looks just like me except karl's nose but he has my eyes and mouth

"he looks just like you" karl kisses his head and very carefully gave him to me

we just enjoy our time alone with the baby but of course karl asked about his 'mini me'

"when can i get skylar?" he asked

skylar is our 5 year old who is most definitely a daddy's girl and looks exactly like karl

"now if you want" i smiled

he kissed me and walked out to go get her

"it's just you and me huh buddy" i say to the baby and he smiles just at the sound of my voice

about five minutes pass and karl walks in with skylar and his parents since mine aren't really in the picture anymore

sky walks up to me and sees her brother with stars in her eyes

i scooched over so she can hop on the bed with me

"sky baby meet your baby brother" i smiled at her and she just stared at me like i was crazy

"he was in your belly?" she asked confused

i nodded yes and she seemed shocked

i told her to put her arms out and i placed the baby in her arms and she smiled at him

she gave him a kiss on the head and karl's mom comes towards me

"hi hunny how was it?" she asks while pulling me into a hug

"painful" i laugh

"yeah look at my hand" karl says with showing the hand i squeezed which was all red

we all laugh and i took the baby out of sky's arms and handed her to 'nana' and 'papa'

"i still can't believe you kids had kids" karl's dad laughs

nana and papa take sky back to their house and it was quiet until clay, george, nick, and alex came in the room

"lemme see the baby!!" clay whisper yelled

i just handed clay the baby and instantly he started tearing up

clay has always been like a brother to me so he got like this when i had sky and he is like this now

"oh my god he's so fucking cute" alex says immediately getting smacked by karl

"what's his name?" george asks

"dream not found" i say smirking

everyone laughs and the baby begins to cry so karl tried to hold him but he wouldn't stop so i put my arms out so i can hold him

karl slowly puts him in my arms and he immediately stops crying

"show off" clay says

"so what's his actual name?" george asked again

"well we named him after someone extremely important to me" i say looking at clay

"no you didn't" clay says tearing up
