Santana's POV

I walked into Miss Pillsbury's office and saw mine and Brynn's social worker Julia and our mom

Santana: w w why is she here

Julia: come have a seat Santana so that we can talk

I looked at all of them and sat down, as I was sitting down Mr. Shuester came in too and took a seat next to me

Julia: so I know you had been given temporary gaurdianship of Brynn but we are finding that it may be best that she stays with your mom while the trial for your dad is happening

Santana: no Brynn can't stay with our mom, our mom knew what he was doing to us and to Brynn, Miss Pillsbury please you have to tell them what she told us yesterday

Miss Pillsbury: I did Santana

Maribel: Santana I didn't know he was doing that to her

I was angry and crying by this time

Santana: yes you did Brynn wouldn't lie about that, She had been terrified to tell me because you didn't beleive her and told dad about it and it made things worse for her. She was so scared to tell me because she didn't want me to not beleive her like you didn't

Maribel: Santana

Santana: no don't Santana me, you and dad were supposed to love her, care about her and protect her that's what you told social services when she was being abused by her real parents you and dad adopted her and said that you would love her as your own and you did for a few years but then that all changed 3 years ago when dad lost his job. You both started to drink and he started to hit her and do other things to her she came to you and you didn't beleive her

Maribel: Santana I didn't know he did any of that to her, if I did then I would have taken the both of you and we would have left

Santana: Julia please you can't let her take Brynn

Julia: Santana there isn't anything I can do, unless Brynn tells me herself

Santana: Mr. Shuester please

Mr. Shuester: let me go get Brynn

Mr. Shuester got up and walked out of the room, I sat there and started to cry, soon Mr. Shuester came back into the room with Brynn and Quinn was with them holding Brynn's hand

Brynn: what's going on, Santana why is mom here and why are you crying

Julia: Brynn, my name is Julia I'm yours and Santana's social worker

Brynn: why is my mom here

Julia: your going to have to go back home with your mom Brynn

Brynn: NOOOO

Maribel: Brynn don't scream it's not okay

Brynn: no please don't make me go back with her, I want to stay with Santana and Quinn

Maribel: Brynn you need to be in your own home, Santana and Quinn are still in highschool themselves they can't take care of you. It's also not the right place for you to be during all of this with your father

Santana: don't you dare tell her that, I have been the one who has been rasing her for the past 3 years not you, you have been drunk almost everyday too for the past 3 years or you haven't been home

Julia: Brynn I need you to answer this for me and I need the truth from you okay

Brynn had tears streaming down her face I pulled her onto my lap and just held her

Julia: I need to know from you has something happened with you and your mom

I felt Brynn freeze and start to shake I look over and see our mom glaring at her, I quickly look over to Miss Pillsbury who nodded
