Where am I?

I thought to myself as I looked around with blurry sight.

"Miss," I engaged the conversation with a woman, I mean lady, of my age.

"Do you know where- "I paused as the face approaching me looks familiar.

"Ami?!" I screamed as I saw my twin sister approaching me.

"Why are you here? Wait, where are we?" I mumbled while trying to get up; when an excruciating pain suddenly struck my chest.

"I- I can't breathe," I barely said while trying to catch my breathe. Ami caught my back and slowly laid me down.

"Just rest for now sis!" She then said.

Uhm since when did she care for me like this? Something's not right... and... this... this is a hospital ward...

"Wait," I stopped Ami from opening the door.

"Did I collapse again?" I said, staring at the ceiling.

"Yeah, so just rest for now." Ami replied with conviction then slammed the door shut.

I don't know yet why, but I felt pain in her voice-- did Yuno hurt her? Hmm, the probability of me graduating is higher than that, so I guess not. The last time I collapsed was a year ago, if I remember exactly, but she was not this serious.

Did the stopwatch finally start? Reality then hit me.

"Hi! I am Kezhia Choji, my identical twin, Amethyst --- yes, we do look alike; took most of the nutrients from when we were in our mother's tummy, leaving my resistance much weaker than hers... I should've eaten her instead." I joked while introducing myself to the class. College started yesterday, but the teachers had a sudden meeting, so all classes were cancelled.

I MET EYES WITH HIM... I NEED TO STAY CALM! PLAY HARD TO GET!!

Yuno Omoi, he was my childhood  sweetheart, but I was not his. What a sad life~. His childhood sweetheart was none other than... yeah you might have guessed it. My twin who got everything, Ami. I really wish I ate her. I shrugged, calming myself down.

"He's mine for now." I said to myself then smirked.

"Who's yours for now miss Choji?" Miss Zen said in a sarcastic tone which made the whole class laugh.

Shit... Get yourself together Kezhia!!!

"Sorry Miss," I replied and blinked twice hardly to wake myself up then continued my introduction.

"As I was saying, my immune system was weak, and five years ago... 'I was diagnosed with end-stage lung cancer. Nah, this isn't it, they would just pity me' I won the silver medal for an international taekwondo competition, and 'yep, you guessed it, my sister won the gold medal." I playfully wiped my eyes pretending to be teary which made most of the class laugh.

"Wow! I guess you can be the representative of our university during your study here then!" Miss Zen said in an encouraging voice.

"Oh, I don't think so miss, I quitted the same year..." "Because of my sister" I squinted my eyes portraying an angry face which again made the classroom laugh.

"Well, anyway, thank you for that wonderful introduction," she said then paused "of your sister..." She said then laughed, which also made us laugh.

But the truth is that my lung cancer developed from a severe injury, or trauma — if that is what they call it — in the lungs that I got during the final match of the taekwondo competition I was talking about a while ago.
