The irish lads met up for the first time in awhile; Sean, Brian, Kevin and Dan. They decided to go to a haunted house to celebrate the spooky month, Dan and Sean weren’t particularly thrilled, but the other two seemed pretty excited so begrudgingly they agreed.
Awhile into the haunted house all four of them were very on edge, nervous laughter and swearing was heard all around the room, thankfully it was late at night and they were the only ones in the place…
Nearing the end of the room Kevin breathed a sigh of relief, confidently strolling into the next room, not noticing a trap triggering and suddenly a skeleton pops up right in front of him!
“AUGH-!” Kevin screamed! Shock ran up his chest, he misplaced his footing and started falling backwards fast!
“H-help!” Kevin squeaked frantically, then suddenly he felt arms wrap tightly around his chest, he looked up to see Dan’s worried face staring down at him.
“You alright Kevin?” Dan said in a nervous chuckle.
Kevin sighed and giggled, “I am now, Dan.” Kevin replies, batting his eyelashes suggestively.
“Jesus, get a room.” Sean groaned, opening the door for Brian they both walk through, leaving Dan awkwardly holding Kevin in silence.
Kevin laughs it off as Dan helps him to his feet.
“Thanks, man.” Kevin smiles sincerely, opening the door to move forward.
“Ah you’re grand.” Dan responds and follows Kevin through the door.
As the four meet up, their eyes widen as they see a massive labyrinth style maze in front of them. A sly grin forms on Kevin’s lips, he turns to Brian who has a similar look.
“We should split up!” Kevin cheers enthusiastically!
“NO WE FUCKING SHOULD NOT SPLIT UP!” Sean screams back in terror.
“I-I agree with Sean, that seems like a terrible idea-” Dan giggles nervously.
With a quick knowing look from Kevin, Brian nods and slinks away a few metres from the group.
“BYE GUYS!!” Brian screams! Everyone turns to stare in horror as Brian runs into a random path in the maze!
“BRIAN COME BACK, YOU ASSHOLE!” Sean yells angrily, quickly chasing after him!
“U-uh I guess we’re going that way Kevin!” Dan stutters confused, looking behind him his heart sinks as he sees Kevin has taken off in the opposite direction!
“KEVIN?!” Dan yells! Swinging his head back and forth between Sean and Kevin, Dan sighs and runs after Kevin!
“GOD DAMMIT, WAIT UP! KEVIN?!"
Dan runs through twists and turns in the maze, desperately searching for Kevin, but alas he's gone. Dan sighs, figuring he’ll have to face the maze alone...
Dan stares around the room, the dim lighting, fog, and creepy atmosphere keeps him on edge. He’s suddenly aware that any moment something terrifying could jump out and scare him, and Kevin isn’t around to catch him if he falls…
A shiver runs up Dan’s spine as he walks sheepishly through the maze, a part of him wants to call out to Kevin, or maybe find Sean? No, he doesn’t want to bother them with his stupid fear. It’s a haunted house, it’s meant to be scary! He can do this, he can do this…
