(Octavia's PoV)
Ugh..my head..what happened..?
I slowly opened my eyes and looked around to see that I wasn't in my bedroom anymore..I was in some kind of forest.
"H-Hey! Are you okay miss??" A familiar voice asked
I looked up to see it was a humanoid Apple—hold on..
My eyes widened in shock as I shot up from the ground and looked around the place that was all too familiar.
"Oh my god where am I?!" I exclaimed
"Miss I think you need to calm down.." Andy mumbled
"D-Don't tell me to calm down!" I snapped back
But I then realised what I did and tried to calm down
"Sorry..I didn't mean to snap at you there" I sighed
"It's okay! Your just confused and scared I understand,anyway I'm Andy the Apple and you are?" he chimes before reaching his hand out.
"..Octavia" I said my name before shaking his hand
"Nice to meet you Octavia! Also is it okay if I ask what were you doing in the Apple forest?" Andy questioned
Before opened my mouth I stopped myself before coming up with a good lie since I would be called crazy if I told him that a ten foot tall shadow monster tried to suffocate me and is possibly the reason why I'm stuck inside of this world.
"I got lost..and hit my head off of a branch" I lied
"Oh! That explains why you were out cold..are you okay now or do you need a minute?" Andy asked
"No No..I'm fine..everything is fine" I assured him
"Oh..well If you say so! I am on my way to go to a picnic with my friends but hey you should come tag along,I'm sure they would love to meet you!" Andy suggested
"Oh no I'm not really good at making fri—"
"Great! Let's go~!" He chimes before grabbing my hand and started walking,I was surprised when he grabbed my hand but I guess I'll just have to roll with it now.
"Hey guys!" Andy called out to his friends who were sitting down on a picnic blanket talking before Andy and I showed up.
I saw that everyone was looking at me which was awkward for me since I was usually a loner growing up..meaning I didn't really have that much friends to hang around with.
"Oh hey Andy! Who's the new girl?" The humanoid fish asked
"Oh yeah! Guys I would like to introduce you all to my new friend Octavia!" Andy introduces me to his friends.
I was surprised when he referred to me as his friend despite the fact we only met like twenty minutes ago.
But taking a second look at Andy's friends i noticed that they were just humanoid versions of a blue fish,clock,moon and a mole that looks kinda like a dog to me but hey who am I to judge?
"Nice to um..meet you all.." I said awkwardly
"Octavia meet Felix,Margret,Melody and Claus" Andy added as everyone said hello to me.
"We were just having a picnic do you two wanna join?" Felix invited us over,I was about to speak but I was interrupted once again by Andy who agreed and dragged me along with him.
We both sat down and just stayed quiet until I noticed that Andy was still holding my hand,I didn't really know what to do or even say since I'm not really use to someone holding my hand.
So when melody stopped talking to me and started talking to Claus I turned my head towards Andy and poked his shoulder a few times.
"Hey..uh..Andy?" I mumbled
"Hm? You alright Octavia?" He questioned
"It's just..could you let go of my hand?" I asked
Andy looked confused at first but he didn't seem to notice until he looked at his hand to see he was still holding mine.
"S-Sorry!" he chuckled nervously before letting go
"It's..fine I guess" I responded before being my knees up to my chest as everyone started talking to each other.
"Hey Andy would you care for Apple?" Claus asked
Did..did he really just ask if Andy wanted an Apple?
Did he actually ask a humanoid Apple to have Apple?
"This is messed up in so many ways.." I think to myself
Andy's smile just turned into an uncomfortable one and I honestly don't blame him,I would be freaked out too if I were him.
"Um..no thank you Claus I'm good.." Andy responded
"Alright then and how about you miss?" Claus asked
I was hesitant since I didn't really feel right eating an apple now and I wasn't really that hungry right now so I declined his offer.
"Nah I'll pass on that..I'm not really hungry" I replied
"Suit yourself" Claus shrugs before taking a bite out of the Apple and started talking to Felix,I was just in a world of my own until I was snapped out of my thoughts when someone said my name.
"H-Huh? Oh sorry..were you talking to me?" I asked
"Yeah,you seemed kinda out of it there" Margret chuckles
"Oh..Yeah Sorry about that..I tend to get into deep thought about things..anyway what did you ask me?" I explained
"Well I was wondering what brought you here" she spoke
"Well I didn't exactly come here on purpose,there was an incident while I was going for a walk and I woke up in the Apple farm and then Andy found me" I explained
"Well at least your safe now! Hey how about we play some games to pass the time?" Melody suggested
"Yeah That sounds like a great idea!" Andy agreed
"What about you Octavia? Wanna play?" Felix asks
'I mean I don't really have much of a choice do i?'
"Sure..why not" I responded
"Great! If you two collect all of the stickers then you'll win a prize!" Margret chimes in
"Wow Really? What's the prize?" Andy asked
"I'm afraid we can't tell you Andy,it would ruin the surprise after all so you'll just have to—" Claus remarks but was soon interrupted by Felix
"It's the keys to your house!" Felix blurted out
"Felix! You just ruined the surprise!" Melody said
"Well great there goes the secret out.." Margret stated
"Wait that was a secret?" Felix says in a confused tone
"Have you seriously forgotten about that?" Claus asked
"Look man in my defence I don't really pay much attention to these things" Felix reminded them
"I suppose we should have expected this to happen..Felix may be an honest guy but he isn't exactly good with secrets" Claus sighs
"You..you guys stole the keys to my house..?" Andy exclaims in a hesitant tone,I was expecting him to lose his shit at them for stealing his keys but he just stood there,confused.
Melody giggles in response
"Yeah we did!" She answered
"...but why?" Andy questioned
"Oh come on it will be fun!" Margret told him
"You and Octavia gotta get all the stickers in order to win the keys so good luck you two!" Felix says as the four of them ran off leaving me and Andy behind.
"...well that was anticlimactic.." I commented
"I guess that's one way to put it.." Andy sighs
"Hey um..you okay? Your friends basically just robbed you of your keys" I wondered
"Oh I'm fine don't worry! My friends just like to mess around a lot so it's okay,now come on we have some games to play!" He chimes while grabbing my hand once again and started walking around to figure out who's game we should play first.
