𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐓 • 𝘫𝘰𝘩𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘴𝘶𝘩

「 twenty six 」

While eating within the tree shade and the silence lingering around them; Doyoung sighs as he lays his back against the tree trunk, reminiscing on the memories he and the younger shared all through their one year relationship, eyes looking over the horizon through the leafy tree, closing his eyes as he ran through everything as if it was a good film to watch over. From the short silence he's giving was eventually halted when his ears catch a loud pop near him, opening his eyes only to see what the suh brought on their picnic date. "You're serious about drinking at this hour?" he quips, concerned.

"I just needed to sleep later, nothing serious gheez." 

"You and your bad habits as always love."  he exasperatedly sighs while rolling his eyes, extending his arms to grab Jena by the waist, pulling her figure close to settle her again on his lap, stealing away the can of bear against her fingertips. "Give me that," he groans, taking a sip on the car and sighs once more, it's been a while since he last drink alcohol.

"I thought you're not allowed to drink?" Jena utters, recalling a specific interview that Doyoung confess he miss drinking all due to his preparation on his musical debut and comeback on july, admiring his strong self control and is shock to see him drinking on front of him, lowkey finding him hot because of it.

"I thought you stop drinking and promised your manager about it?" Doyoung retorts with his usual sassy demeanor, making the suh stare at him speechless. "That's what I thought." he murmurs and continues to sip onto the canned bear, deciding to drink just for the day.

And the two find themselves in the influence of alcohol as Jena brought an extra can just in case Doyoung gave in, which she expected that he would. The couple glance at each other as they finish up a canned beer they were drinking, wishing the small beverage could have solved all the overwhelming stress they have. They sigh in unison, eyes staring at each other's souls as they enjoy the sudden silence, hugging each other's embrace.

Later on the two started talking about their relationship with Doyoung opening up about the topic, sharing each other's insight as they suddenly reflect on themselves as a couple and as an individual. They were aware of the down sides and the red flags they were giving to each other and talked through it, admitting their faults and the toxic behaviour, again apologizing for it. In the end, the two settled on the unsolved issues, made rules and expectations that they agreed upon to make the relationship better, the couple promised to fix an issue immediately and stay in love as much as possible.

After the long discussion of suggestions and agreements on tying their relationship stronger, they started recalling the sweet memories of their past, the new fond of liking and getting to know each other, how innocent yet flirty they are with one another. They grin at the great memory and couldn't help but to reminisce. "I still remember your cabbage hair that time, you look adorable in it." Doyoung starts up with a tease, arms wrapped and placed onto her lap whilst his head was resting on the crook of her neck, lips sending shivers to the younger.

"I remember how you always get clowned by that famous cucumber vid you have," she joined in the sudden war of teasing, tilting her head as she pokes her tongue on her cheek, biting her lip subconsciously to think of another thing to tease. "Deep inside the very dramatic scene, that was imaginable~" she sang his line on kick it, mimicking the exact dance move and mayhaps exaggerating it a little bit just to annoy Doyoung and his so called inflexible body.
