+ AUDITION TIME

Before being able to participate in this contest, you must 'audition' and if we feel you are qualified enough, you will be accepted. Remember that everyone who applies is automatically placed on the waiting list, so that if not enough people are accepted by the deadline, you will be notified of your default acceptance into the comp.

AUDITIONS ARE DUE IN (VIA PM OR EMAIL) BY 4/12/15

+ HOW IT WORKS

For auditions, you will be given a character, a small tiny face about said character and a prompt dealing with this character. Those are the only three facts that mustbe taken into consideration in writing your entry. Everything else is left into the hands of you, the writer.

+ ACTUAL AUDITION

[ Character : Elliot Winchester

[ Small Fact : Though she is only sixteen, she owns, manages and operates a full-fledged flower shop.

[ Prompt : Elliot Winchester is unsatisfied with her current life in the middle of Who-Knows-Where, Alabama. So in an attempt to free herself of the chains holding her back since birth, she packs her bags, says goodbye and hitches a ride in a stranger's car. It would've been the time of her life; if only she knew exactly where she was going.

+ GUIDELINES

[ The entry must be at least 400 words of content (meaning no authors notes or titles count).

[ Remember that this is a comp of "reading between the lines". I've specifically provided you with a prompt that seems to be easier than it really is in order to weed out who goes for the obvious and who puts their heart and soul into things. Want a hint? Don't just go for the obvious!

[ You can either PM me the entry, along with your fully filled out form, or you can email it to me.
