" Sorry Kanae I guess I'm just a trouble maker by nature. " Shinobu said before looking up and her eyes met the warm blue of Giyus eyes. A smile etched itself on both their faces showing their emotion one smile from relief and the other out of joy to be alive.

" Did you tell them yet? " The doctor asked with a smile.

" Not yet they kinda forgot what I sai.... "

" Tell us what? " Shinobu asked. The nurse looked the doctor who gave a small smile and a current nod.

" Well the good news is our we managed to repair you good as new aswell as manage to flush the remainder of the drug out of you. Also you are as healthy as ever aside from fatigue from the trauma and pain you'll be fine. " The doctor said as her smile got bigger. " And the best news. "

" Through all that blood loss, drugs in your system and getting shot we were still able to save both lives. " The nurse said with joy as she looked at everyone in the room who just looked confused at her wierd phrase and term of saving two lives.

" Oh my you don't know. Well this is embarrassing. " The doctor said, everyone in the room was still confused until a look of utter horror passed through Giyus eyes.

" You don't mean? " He asked his voice slightly shaken.

" Yes. The reason our dear sleeping beauty went unconscious and temporarily stopped breathing wasn't because of excessive blood loss or near death experience it was because her body was trying by all means to keep the baby alive. " The doctor had a closed eyes smile as she spoke so she obviously missed the twist in Shinobu's facial expression alongside Giyus discomfort and misdirected gaze. None the less she continued in her blissful speech. " Which I'm glad to say was a success cause in seven and a half months from now a little angle will be brought into this world. "

" What? "

" Yeah as Giyu asked what the fuck? " Kanae asked looking between the doctor and Shinobu. The younger girl shrunk into the bed trying to hide from her sisters gaze.

" I take it neither of you knew. " The doctor said her cheery mood suddenly dying down. The look on all threes faces gave the two the answer. " Huh, in that case Mr Tomioka I'll have to ask you to come with me so I can advise you on how to properly look after your wife and what to expect for the upcoming months. " At these words Kanae turned to Giyu though not with her frightening glare that had Shinobu shrinking in her bed but with a smile that spelt danger in many more levels.

" U-uummm y-yeah y-you s-should g-go. " Giyu looked to the stuttering girl as if secretly asking a question, the girl just nodded and gave a small smile. " Go. I need to talk to my sister. I think it's about time she knew about our little secret. " Kanae's smile was getting darker with each and every word her little sister seemed to spatter out of her mouth. Giyu nodded before he walked out the room feeling Kanae's eyes digging into his back. The two watched Giyu walk out with the two hospital employees but as soon as they left Shinobu felt like all the world's pressure had been applied to her shoulders.

" Shinobu, you will be a dear and tell me everything. " Kanae said her smile had a toxic radiant aura to it.

" W-what d-do y-you w-want t-to k-know? " Shinobu stuttered out

" Everything. " Kanae said with her kind voice veins started to pop out of her forehead. " First why they called Giyu your husband?, second how the hell are you pregnant after I deliberately told you to stay away from that boyfriend of yours?, third what the fuck is this secret?, and lastly what else are you hiding from me? " Kanae said her voice had a gentle tone to it with venom dripping with every word. This would have freightened Shinobu if she wasn't coming from a near death experience but she had to say this was moment was up there in scariest moments of her life. With a sigh of defeat the younger Kocho gave into her sisters demonic aura and decided to confess.
