Isabeth searched her mothers old library. After she had died, Isabeth, her brother Pietr and Indani, her brothers friend had all moved into the same house. She hadn't been in this library for many years. Not after pixont disease had run all across the continent of Karvya. When the innaturals had arrived. The library brought back many memories but she didnt have any time for nostalgia. She was looking for her mother's discoveries and notes.
Isa pulled out the book of notes. Pure water. All her mother's research. All the late nights, early mornings, promised victories, all the days and nights spent planning a journey that no one could have known would never happen. It made Isa furious. She needed to take all that pent up rage out on something , she wanted to avenge her mother and she blamed the innaturals. Now she might have a chance.
" Find it Isa?" Pietr asked. The anxious tone in his voice was not well disguised and he was worried for Isa. Their mothers death had been hard on the entire city, but especially Isa, she hadn't come out of her room for a week.
" Almost," Isa shouted back. " Don't worry, I know what I'm looking for,"
" Perhaps I shouldn't have told her,"
" It's fine Pietr, she needed to know and she would have found out anyway, eventually," Indani comforted.
They heard feet hammering down the stairs and Isa scurried towards them, a book in her hand.
" I think I have a solution. Do you remember pure water?"
