Hey Mudface

Never thought how my life would change with one decision, one choice on whether to stay and travel with my mom and Phil or to travel with my twin sister Bella to forks to go see my dad Charlie.

For along as I remember I was always a daddy's girl we would always play baseball and go down to the local diner because we would be way to lazy to cook. I would visit every 6 months but one day that just stopped and I stayed with Bella, mom and Phil.

"Bella ...... Elody" mom called out from the back porch as Bella and I watch the sunrise, the last one we would watch in Phoenix for a while.

"It won't work again, my babies " mom cried out.

"Mom, you put it on hold " Bella said trying not to laugh.

"Look mom, you also called Mexico" I joined in teasing my mom with how useless she was with technology.

Mom playfully pushed us as Phil called out "come on girls, you'll miss ur flight"

"I can always stay here with you girls, if u want"mom said in sadness as she realised that we were leaving her.leaving each other.

""No mom it's okie, we want to go. We want to go to see dad, it's been a while". Bella and I said at the same time.

"Wow, been awhile since we did that" I laughed.

After a long ass flight we landed in forks. Searching around the area I look for my dorky father.

"Bells.... Ells, over here" I hear the familiar voice called out from behind us.

I drop my bags and run to my dad with a massive grin on my face and my dad catches me as I launch myself in his arms.

"Elody, I missed you princess." Dad whispered in my ear.

"I missed you to dad, so much" I said with my smile never leaving my face.

"Ells, come and get your bags, I can't carry them all on my own" Bella calls out struggling to carry all 6 bags.

While on they way to our new lives Charlie tries making casual conversation resulting in award silence for the remaining few minutes to the house.

"did you cut your hair" dad makes eye contact with Bella.

"yea I did but it grow back out"Bella replies look out the window.

"Dadddd can u please use the sirens" I tries to guilt trip Charlie into turning them on

"Nice try Ells, but not today" Charlie says happy to move on from the awkward silence within the car.

We pull up in the same beaten down house we grew up and found ourselves inside. Memories hit me like a truck. dad and I eating junk food and watch the games on the lounge, or Bella and I hiding from dad when we did something wrong.

"I cleared some selves in the bathroom for you girls" Charlie says trying to make us feel at home.

"Thanks papa roo" I say trying to lift his sad mood.

"Right, one bathroom" Bella mumbles under her breath.

I elbow her ribs and tell her to be quiet as Charlie mood drops even more. "Here, Bella. I hope you still like purple. I haven't change anything since you were last here." Charlie tells Bella as he leads her to her room across from the bathroom.
