"Everybody gets along with everybody here, for the most part," Lizzie says showing Rafael around.
"The wolves are pretty cliquey," Josie said
"They like to hang with their own" Lizzie said in a knowing voice
"In defiance of the school's commitment to inclusiveness," Lizzie continued
"That is why we volunteered to be your tour guides," Josie said looking between her sister and the new student.
"To give you a good witch welcome before your hairier brethren corrupt you" Lizzie added as a matter of fact.
"That's a little insult for the werewolves," Klaus said
Hayley nodded agreeing with him.
"That is our librarian, Mr. Williams. He's subbing for our Chemistry of Magic teacher who accidentally incinerated himself last week in hellfire" Josie explained
"That must have hurt," Davina said
"Burned all the hair off his body, but didn't leave a scar," Lizzie said
The trio watched them for a while but moved on when "Josie's evil ex" blasted a stinking spell
They were about to show Rafael the library when a moving figure interrupted them.
"Ah dear distant cousins of mine, it is so nice to see you," Stephanie said with a smirk
"Well I see she got your humor" Alaric said
"She is my daughter what else did you expect," Damon said doing the eye thing
But inside he swore he was doing a victory dance when he saw his daughter.
He couldn't wait for his other kid to show up.
"Wait a minute did she just say cousins" Bonnie suddenly interrupted
Everyone realized what she was saying and looked confused.
"What do you want," Lizzie said already rolling her eyes
"Oh, nothing! you see I wanted to greet the new student" Stephanie replied still holding that smirk.
"It seems Eleanor and Hope are not the only ones she doesn't like" Hayley commented
"Who even are you" Alaric snapped a little tired with all people who hate her 'supposedly' daughter
But he was met with a blank look.
"So you must be Rafael Waithe it's so nice to meet you, I am Stephanie Salvatore," Stephanie said directing the conversation towards the boy.
Rafael looked a little taken aback by her last name but nevertheless said "It is my pleasure to meet you"
He hesitated for a moment but gave in and said "So are you related to the direct Salvatores"
"Ah why don't we explain relationships as we walk around the school," Lizzie said taking the opportunity and walking away with Rafael
"Jo c'mon" Lizzie called out
"Coming," Josie said
"You know you could be nicer to her, " Josie said turning to Stephanie
"Meh I don't like her she doesn't like me so case closed," Stephanie said lazily
"What is your problem with her" Josie said exasperated
"Well first she treats you like trash," Stephanie said folding her hands together
Alaric was confused on why Lizzie would treat Josie on Stephanie's words "Trash".
"And also she hurt Alex when we were 14 so double nope" Stephanie finished and started walking away.
Elena was so happy when she heard her daughter defend his brother.
She did not even have them yet but she has already started to love them.
"It doesn't kill someone to like others" Josie called out
"No it lowers their self-esteem," Stephanie said with snark
