Ch-1 The Villagers and Royal

Raising a prince in the streets was hard, but Athanasia no Amy was able to handle it. Everyone thought that Amy was a young girl from Sioddona. People of the village often spread rumors about her since her husband was not present, this meant being called a lot of things and Emrys hated them. They lived in a small cottage a little far from the village it was surrounded by the forest and there was a small river flowing by. His mother had taught him everything she knew every art including using swords, bow and other weapons; He mastered them all of them, when he was only 8. Emrys had a mana beast but unlike others it was different it was a phoenix, that could take the shape of any other animal which normally they are not supposed to do. It had two main forms It's original phoenix form and Wolf form. it usually stayed in the form of a small bird or a monkey. (sitting on emrys' shoulder).

Emrys was often called a Monster, Demon etc. because of two different eye and hair colors. He couldn't often answer them, he himself didn't know why he had two different eye colors. But on the night of his 8th birthday everything changed.

"But why!?"

"I have to restore my mana Em"

"Can I come?"

"No Emrys I told you, I can't take you..."

"Why?"

"It's dangerous."

"Exactly! the more the merrier, I could help you."

"I left the palace so you could be safe Emrys. I want you to chase your legacy. I want you to get what belongs to you. Besides, I'm not leaving today."

"mhm..."

Emrys pov:

I know mom's not leaving today but it still hurts. I don't know when but mom told that one day I will go to the palace, opportunity will present itself or you have to make your own opportunity. And maybe mom leaving won't be so bad Afterall  she used a lot of her mana to hide my appearance. She also won't need to hear the villagers badmouthing her.

Athy pov:

I have to go to the world tree to gain back a lot of mana, but also so that I can test him. I will watch him from there. Originally going to the world tree only takes a month or two. But I will be staying there for a few years watching over Emrys. I need the ripe mana fruit from the world tree.

A Few Days later: 

"Heh see that woman really was a s*u* , like leaving an eight year old behind"

"ya, I actually didn't believe it at first but now I do"

"Tch... These stupid villagers" 

"Did you hear what the chief said" "no"

"That lady even tried to seduce him"

"That's enough!" Emrys yelled. He really had enough even though he doesn't know who his father is, but he knew his mother really loved his father. 

"Where is the chief!" "That boy is crazy he is attacking those gentlemen." The villagers grouped and took him to the chief well Emrys let them take him.

In the chief's office:

The boy stood silently until:

"So you attacked this gentleman here because he spoke the truth"

"No..., I attacked him because he lied"

No chief I only said that, (says what he said)

chief- "So your saying that I lied then"

"yes"

Everyone in the room gasped. Eventhough the village was quite small and separated from any empire, They managed to setup a small office and council.

"Huh!?" "Your hereby forbidden of your job in the office" 

"Get out!!"

Emrys only smiled and said, "Let's see how you manage to maintain the village expenses without my help" with that he himself walked away.

Soon the village was out of control just as Emrys said the Chief was not capable of maintaining the village. It was now officially a part of Obelia. A new noble family was Introduced. Ms. Hastings was the new noble and Chief of the village. She was very fond of Emrys, there were  new villagers who liked him, he was happy but not as happy as he was when his mother was there, he sometimes wished she was there with him.

Meanwhile:

Somewhere Near the world tree,

"See I told you he would be strong, you lost the bet" A platinum blonde haired lady said.

While the big celestial tree only groaned.

"Now you have to give me your fruit, I will wait till it's ripe though"

It waved it's branch which seemed like nodding

4 years later:

A boy with Platinum blonde and black hair was sitting with the noble of his village conversing. He was asked to Introduce himeself to a Duke who was visiting the border Ms. Hastings' only son,

"Hello I'm Vane Hasting, heard a lot 'bout you from mom"

"Glad to meet you too Mr. Hastings, I'm-
