CHAPTER 18

"Then what was that?" Jiro asked

"War" That's the only thing Aizawa said that make 1-A panic

"WAR?!" 1-A yelled except for Midoriya, Todoroki and Bakugo.

"Is it involving y/n-chan and Tokito-Kun!!" Midoriya said

"Yes," Aizawa said

"What about them?" Mina questioned

"Y/n-chan and Tokito-Kun are Demon slayers," Todoroki said

That make all of them shocked except for Bakugo as he was eavesdropping on both of you.

"You knew?! Todoroki-Kun" Midoriya said

"He's not the only one, Deku," Bakugo said

"Kacchan too?!"

"*Sigh* Todoroki is right, They both Demon Slayers and currently they are in a war," Aizawa said

"Should we help them!!" Mina yelled Many people agree except for the three students who knew about your situation.

"No. I knew this gonna happen so I'm here to stop you all from going." Aizawa spoke in a stern tone as he heavily sigh.

"WHAT?! Why not!! Ain't that what heroes do?" Kaminari said

"Y/n-chan did explain that quirks won't work on demons, we basically quirkless against them," Midoriya said

"B-but.."

"Shut up! Have faith in them!! You know that they are stronger than any of us in this class. As Deku said, we can't do anything against them!! Y/n and Tokito wouldn't even allow us to fight if we interfered." Bakugo shouted

The class when silent. Eri was concerned about your safety, she prays that you and Muichiro are safe.

"Hey, guys! Look at this!!" Sero called

On the Tv, they could see the destruction. The building was destroyed into pieces. Bodies were seen sprawling on the ground. The whole war was being broadcast live all over Japan and that means everyone is seeing it.

"Oh my." Momo gasp.

'Please be safe, Y/n-chan, Tokito-Kun.' Midoriya thought

"Muzan is brought into the surface!!"

"How long until the sunrise?!" Kiriya yelled

"There's still an hour and a half left..."

The heroes could see the three kids were stressed. There were still an hour and a half left till sunrise. The heroes couldn't do anything except to watch it all happen.

You blink your eyes as you met with the night sky and Yua face. You look around and saw the destruction.

"CAW!! AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THE SUNRISE!!"

'There still an hour and a half left' You thought. You tried to stand up but due to your injuries, it was hard for you.

Suddenly Muzan emerged from the wrecked building with tentacles behind his back.

'It;'s not over yet, Muzan is still alive!' You grind your teeth as you grab your sword from the ground.

"Do you intend to keep me here until sunrise?!" Muzan growled

"Try it if you can!!"

Muzan sends attacks using his tentacles. Many of you avoid it from getting hit.

"Serpent breathing, first form..." You said as you and the others attack Muzan.

Obanai cut Muzan neck but it heal in an instance.

"Eh? We hit him but didn't kill him?!" Kanroji spoke

"He can regenerate his head the moment we cut." You said.

'The only thing we could do is to kill him with the sun,' You thought.

"Shit! They are in danger!!" Vlad king said as he watch the tv.

You saw Muzan send an attack to you but you were too late to react. The thing that surprise you was the lower ranks sacrificing their bodies to protect you and the other pillars.

"GO! Become human shields for the pillar remain!!" The lower ranks keep shielding you and the others. You were tackled to the ground as one of the lower ranks that save you died.

"What- No!! STOP!" You yelled

"The pillars have saved our lives countless times!! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't be alive!! Don't be afraid of fighting!!"

"STOP!! All of you!!" Kanroji shouted but they ignore her.

You charged to Muzan but Muzan use his tentacles to whip you back and you end up landing on the wrecked building.

"N/n!!" Muichiro yelled

"Face it that Kamado Tanjiro is already dead and that girl probably too because of blood lost," Muzan said.

The other look at the both of you in shock.

'Y/n!!" Obanai thought

1-A was shocked to see your conditions. Eri eyes were wide as she tremble in her seat. They could see that other slayers sacrifice their lives to protect you and your friends.

Your bandage was cut making your scar exposed. Blood was seeping from your head as you got from the impact.

They saw Muichiro run to you. His hand was missing, his torso was wrapped with bandages and his face was bloodied. The pain clearly was unbearable to the 1-A but Muichiro face looks like he didn't even care that he long his hand.

"Tokito-Kun..." Momo eyes are wide as she saw his hand was missing.

All this time, the myth about demons and demon slayers were all true. Two of their classmates have been protecting humanity.

No wonder they were distant when they first met you both. You and Muichiro must have gone through many things. They didn't even know things that kids their ages do.

"Holy shit..." Jiro said.

"Please be okay, y/n-chan and Tokito-Kun" Uraraka prayed

Aizawa was worried for his two youngest students. He hopes that both of you are safe.
