He grabbed her hand and ran towards his Maserati, getting them inside and speeding down the road towards the outskirts where the attack was reported. "Okay so, since all the attacks occurred at the walls, we can conclude that the attackers are still outside the city which is good. And since they often go for weaponries instead of food, they must be capable people and not just hungry scavengers and they obviously want to bring down our defenses by targeting our defense resources. Either they trying to break in to get something or they're trying to lure something out of the city", before Venus could continue, Jimin caught onto her theory and snapped his fingers at the realization, "and if they were to try and get something within the city, they would've sneaked in instead of causing a fiasco. Which means they were provoking something.....but what?".

Venus softly gasped when something clicked in her, "baby...when did you start to personally see to this problem?", "a month ago? 'cause I was getting pissed?", "which is also the time when-", Jimin turned to Venus with a deeper frown, "when the attacks became more frequent and violent". Upon realization, the couple sat in silence before Venus spoke again, "someone is trying to lure you out", "but Jungkook was with me too when we decided to deal with this ourselves. It could be him too". Diving deep in her thoughts, Venus begun to think of a more effective plan, "there's only one way to find out and I have an idea for that".

The Outer Walls

Fires were flaring everywhere while sizzling against the blankets of water pouring onto them. Though the destruction had subsided a little, the damage caused was devastating obvious. Squadrons of soldiers fought restless against the attack, putting out the fires, extracting all the supplies and evacuating the small village nearby.

The arrival of Jimin and Venus was very much appreciated as they were optimistically greeted by the evacuating villagers and the soldiers. While Venus attended to those civilians, Jimin went straight to Jungkook and Taehyung who were giving out commands and dragging out cradles of weapons from the scorching containers. These containers were sent from the East and were found burning at the Outer Walls which means the attackers might have started killing transporters and soldiers. The situation escalated quickly when the walls siding along the River burst into flames. Another attack and their intentions became more and more obvious; to draw someone out.

While captains and commanders yelled orders and rushed to the new attack, Jimin pulled both his friends to the side as soldiers ran pass them, "here's the plan....."

(??? POV)

They hid behind the trees and watched the walls burnt like towers of inferno but they knew these walls were indestructible. Sure they can catch on fire but no damage will be caused to them which was why they aimed for the surviving lines. Especially weapons, Venera's specialty. When it took a little longer to see progression, they advanced to the innocence. Deliverers, messengers and foot soldiers. Just when they were about to leave just like they always would, and come back the next time with bigger explosion, they caught a glimpse of a shiny black ride with a big trident logo at the front.

A devilish smile curled her lips as she watched the man jogged towards the grand captain and his trusty right-hand man. It wasn't difficulty to spot a presence like that. Dusty blond hair, inked arms, creased white shirt and that car ride definitely gave it away. Park Jimin, the formal-mafia of Seoul that everyone feared and was also that crazy motherfucker who made this happened. The outbreak, the zombies, the dying human race and this dystopian world. Yet he still stood tall and proud on the land he stole and called it home, still sitting on his gold mine and sweet ride. He needs to pay.

At the thought of that, her fists clenched the reins of her horse and gritted her teeth, "go, burn the other wall. We need to get him out of the city". As pleasurable as it was to kill him right then and there, she refused to offer him such a peaceful death. Plus, she was ordered to bring him back alive even though she would love to just drill his brain out. An order is an order, especially from The Sire. "On it", someone called out from behind before a group of riders cantered towards the other side. A few minutes passed and another explosion was heard. Her smirk stretched as she watched Jimin splitting his soldiers into groups and giving out commands. "Come out and play, Park Jimin"

Her group of riders followed Jimin's squadron as they drove towards the new attack where she would regroup with the others and take him right when everyone is busy counteracting the fires. Just when they were about to reach the walls, a shout of command was given and the formation of the squadron changed before splitting, half of them went back to the previous location while the others continued ahead. A tinge of panic rushed over her when she noticed the similar vehicles traveling with none of them having a trident logo in front. Park Jimin must've switched to one of these military jeeps when they were heading out.

"Split up!", she ordered and her group was cutting down to only four riders per group, should've brought more people. While they were riding towards the walls, another explosion occurred but it wasn't at the wall, it was strangely in the forest instead. She flinched and frowned at the unexpected explosion, "I told them to burn the walls only, not the forest too! We are short on explosives already", "captain, I don't think it's one of us", before she could respond to her comrade, Jimin's squadron split up yet again, into a small group of only one jeep and two bikes before heading for the forest. Frustration crawled up her spine and she let out an angry growl, "ugh! you guys go to the walls, I'll follow them. If you find Park there, send a signal and call everyone back", she commanded before galloping away.

The forest's explosion was a little further away from the walls but close enough to call for help if she needs any. Though her comrade had suggested that it wasn't one of their own explosives, the smell of the burning trees said otherwise. Only the explosives they make gives out heavy iron smell like this, they were made from zombies after all.

Trees passed by her in a blur as she raced towards the explosion, just a few yards away from the vehicles. Their buzzing and rumbling could be heard from miles away but she knew they were strong enough to fight off the zombies if they lured in any. Soon, she arrived at the explosion earlier than the vehicles and hid behind a tree as she stalked them. The jeep pulled up first, parking far away from the burning trees, though the explosion wasn't very big and the fire seemed to be wavering against the breeze.

As if luck was on her side, a blonde hair man got out from the car and stood in front of the group with his back facing her. At the sight of the man's outstanding hair, she quickly took out her blowgun and loaded it with darts, enough to put all these men to sleep while she drags Park Jimin away. Victorious joy filled her heart as she loaded her blowgun, content that she finally got him and her revenge shall start shortly.

Just when she lifted the blowgun to her lips, a cold metal pressed against her temple, so harshly that it made her head tilted. She slowly glanced to the side without moving her head and let out a soft gasp when she stared right into the murderous orbs of Park Jimin himself. He wore a sinister smile with hooded psychotic eyes as he squatted down beside her. So silent that she couldn't hear him breath. He pressed the pistol harder against her head and smirked widely,

"There's more than one blond in town, you know?"

And everything went black.
