I groan and roll off of my bed heading downstairs to see them

"Y/n this is my friend Mary and her son Comio"

"Hola señor 😏" Comio greets

I roll my eyes and my mom sent both of us upstairs

"so" he started

"I don't know I guess you can sit down if you want"

He hops on my bed and sat next to me

"you look pretty sad...what's up?"

"Idk just missing people.."

"oh...well you don't have to worry about being lonely querida because I'm here 😌"

i rolled my eyes and pulled out my phone

"Do you like Olivia Rodrigo?" I asked

"Yesss I love her"

we share a laugh and he pulls out his phone

"Nooo" we looked at each other sadly and walked downstairs

"You could spend the night at comios house if you'd like y/n if that's okay with you guys"

Mary and Comio agreed and I happily accepted

I headed upstairs to pack and for some reason comio followed me

"I couldn't leave my princesa obviously"

I put my suitcase on the bed, turned around for one second, looked and saw that it was filled with clothes

"I DONT EVEN NEED ALL OF THIS"

"YOU MIGHT YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT IF WE GET STRANDED OR SOMETHING ITS BETTER TO BE PREPARI scoff and throw all on the clothes on the floor

once I properly packed we went back downstairs and I said goodbye to my mom

"We're gonna have so much fun y/n!" Comio cheered and the three of us got into the car

"why did you come back to California y/n?" Mary asked

"My mom said we had to go to court of something"

"oh yeah I totally forgot!..your mom really wants to keep you away from your biological mom I'm glad your taking it well"

"oh yeah! I know everything gonna be just fine" I nervously laugh

"What would you guys like for dinner?"

"SPAAAAGETTII" Comio screamed

"I'll have some too I'm not picky" I said

"very well then! I'll stop by Walmart really quick"

We pulled into the parking lot and her mom left me and Comio in the car

Comio was looking out the window and I stared at him

I didn't want to admit it to myself but he had features so much like Camilo

He looked almost identical but with not as brown eyes and more scruffy hair

"What you staring at me for 🤨 tryna use me as a pillow"

I quickly looked away and shook my head

"oh really?" He smirks at me and I make a disgusted face

He lays his head on my shoulder and opens his phone

we both realaxed and watched TikToks while waiting for his mom

well I didn't really relax I just sat there
