His Redemption

Athena warrens was innocent but lonely.

As lonely as anyone could be, athena was born as the only child to lance and adeline warrens as their pride and joy aswell as making her the soul heir to the Warren's fortune. Growing up athena's parents gave her anything and everything they could to make their little pundle of joy happy But that wasn't making her happy.

She felt trapped, suffocated in her own house even though it was big and spacious, it was as if it was tyeing her down, keeping her their, so every night from the age of 10 athena would sneak out her bedroom window and go to the family stables and take her horse midnight riding to all hours, it was her escape from reality.

And when day would appear and she would be back in her room she would act as it had never happened, dress up in a gorgeous hand maid dress dress and be taught how to be a lady. In the warren family it was a tradition for the girls to be taught lady like things and grown up as housewives to a rich husband but athena couldn't deny that wasn't at all what she wanted

She wanted to experience love like in the books she would read, love where everytime you thought about that someone special you would get butterflies or look into each others eyes and no one else mattered in the world, so when athena turned 18 Mr thomas shelby turned up one day and gave her father a buisness proposal

When athena met the notorious Thomas shelby he knew exactly who she and what power she'd one day hold, ith the deal he proposed he'd become higher in the buisness world, become unlimited with power from the warrens family and have anything he wanted, all he had to do secure was secure the deal with lance and to do that he did the one things no one would ever imagine

With this proposal it was what broke the pure innocence of athena and showed her how horrible the real world truly was and how much she had been sheltered by her parents her whole life and how she would have to learn the hard way about things.

But there is a light in the midst of the darkness washing over small heath maybe this was a blessing in disguise for both of them. But they just don't know it yet..
