When It Rains

As the cloud change from bright to gloom

The wind begins to blow with a little mist.

And the start of drizzle will show

Either people will hide

Or play with its drop of tears from above.

You can never tell but

When it rains

The sun and moon will bury itself

Twinkle stars will lose its shine

And cover themselves with heavy clouds.

When it rains…

It washes away the dirt of the day,

Shower the plants with its tears,

The petrichor from its pavement,

And the scent of geosmin will reek

When it rains

Little I will tuck my blanket in

Found myself in lazy moment

Close the window pane and

Listen to every raindrop on the roof.
