Spider-Man: No Way Home Spoilers
I personally think that every Marvel movie is from a different universe. I rewatched Black Widow and Avengers: Age of Ultron today and the portrayal of Natasha's time in the Red room is completely different. Also in What If... someone who wields all 6 infinity stones makes him more powerful than the watcher of entire multiverse but in Infinity War only the one universe was impacted by Thanos' snap. And in the Hawkeye show and Spider-Man, they both take place in New York. They both cause pretty substantial damage to the city, so one should be talked about in the other, but they don't. Even if everyone forgot who peter was, it wouldn't take back the damage he caused. That would also help back up the Sylvie and Loki creating the multiverse.
