The camera goes inside the building, it goes up the stairs and into a room with a Shih Tzu sleeping in her dog bed.
Daisy yawns and stretches as she sleeps.

"I declare from this point on, all animal abuse officially over." The judge then slammed the gavel, making the new law official.
People got off from their seats and cheered, some even clapped.
"Now, let's give it up for the creator of this law: Daisy!"
The people went wild as the Shih Tzu climbed the judge's chair and got to the microphone.
"Thank you, thank you everyone! You know, I vowed to myself I would not stop until I knew every animal was safe, and I can't believe the day has finally arrived! Long live justice!"
The crowd only heard barking, but they got off their seats and cheered again.
"Daisy! Daisy! Daisy! Daisy!" They cheered
