Annette was not supported by her family or her friends when she came out to them. She felt very alone and had no one to turn to for comfort. She had no confidence in herself after being put down by her "friends." After running into a purple succubus one day, the woman ended up befriending the imp and took her down to the saloon. That's where Annette met Felona and was hired to work there. A few years later and she's still there, happier than ever with her new, supportive friends.

Mabel used to work with a band of criminals. Usually their schemes consisted of theft. One day, the group turned on her and she had almost been attacked by the demon they were stealing from. Basically, the group was planning on getting rid of her without having to do any of the work. The demon was taken out by Felona, who had accidentally shot him. Grateful for her life being saved, Mabel left the band of thieves and joined the saloon.
