Maria's  pov

"Royal" when you actually say it why does it not sound so complicated, as it is why can't people in this city be equal, I thought a million questions running through my head, I felt as if I was being shaken by a voice drawing me out of my little thinking bubble "HEY MARIAAA" I heard a familiar voice shout " Annabeth " was all I could think "hmmm" I hummed looking at her remembering what we were doing, one of my favorite things horse riding.

 " Yeah yeah, WHAT?" I said "what are you thinking about," she said chuckling, "I thought you were gonna fall off your horse," she said still giggling as if enjoying the thought of me falling off my horse  "okay three things 01)   stop giggling you sound girlish 02) why do you enjoy the thought of me falling off a horse 03) why would I ever fall off a horse and no, why would you think I was thinking about something ?" I asked. " Well 01) I do NOT sound girlish 02) you never fall off anything so it would be fun to watch - " " How could you " "- and 03) you might one day, "she said completely ignoring my statement " and as to your question I've known you for 12 years so duh I know how to read you." she said " ok. wise-ass you got a good point but I am not that easy to read "just as I finished I realized we were already at the stables I dismounted my horse Annabeth doing the same.

 And in case you wondering my name is Maria Delanya Jackson but you can call me Maria do NOT call me Delanya or Dale or Salida ooopsies slipped didn't I well guess cat's out the bag, ok my name is Maria Delanya SALIDA Jackson we good yeah we're good anyway I saw a blonde figure running towards us " Oh hey Jason what's up " I said while looking him up and down finally meeting his electric blue eyes "WHAT'S UP? WHAT'S UP IS   THAT........" his little shouting tantrum was cut off by Annabeth's glare, sheesh, he flinched looked at me and said " ya know what you might wanna come and see for yourself " " huh what's that supposed to mean " " it means something now hurry up" Jason said very loudly might I add his eyes bugging out of his head " okay, okay geez calm down. Hey Josh mind taking our horses to the stables " I said putting a smile on my surprised face  " Of course miss " " Thanks J " I said watching him lead our horses away.

 Now Jason's face was as red as a tomato " okay I'm coming Annabeth let's go." and we did just that we ran top speed to the palace doors where my brother Percy was pacing    " There you are, you guys were taking ages " he said rushing his words ,woah he normally wasn't like this but I followed him with no complaints he shoved me into my room with Annabeth and said " change as quick as possible " and slammed the door in our face "all right WHAT IN HADESES NAME IS going on !? " I asked " how can I know " she replied " ah let's just get changed " I said as I rushed to the bath calling my maids peeling off my clothes stepping in the warm bath quickly releasing my stark black wavy hair from its ponytail. seeing my deep ocean blue eyes staring back at me I quickly shampooed my hair and scrubbed my skin stepped out my maid Alicia quickly wrapped me in a fluffy blue robe I stepped out shooing Annabeth in the bath rushing myself into the dressing room my maid Justina bringing out a beautiful royal blue satin dress " I hope you like it miss " she said blushing " like it, I love it it's beautiful " she smiled " well then miss it's just like you then " at that I blushed quickly changing into the dress my maid Alicia and Justine doing my hair leaving it flowing down my back " where's Annabeth " I asked Alicia " in the changing room I expect " she answered I nodded right when finished Annabeth stepped out in a grey dress flowy at the bottom half just like mine I grinned at her which she immediately returned she was immediately seated by Amanda and her hair done just as quick " you look gorgeous " I said " I could say the same your majesty " she said smirking I blushed at the comment as I was stepping out the doors I turned and said thanks to all my maids and left with Annabeth our heels clicking on the marble tile
