Parker: Isn't it, Caleb Coffee purchased it a year ago for his group he started after he split of from the Alpha's but when the Alpha's were destroyed they moved into the Alpha Manor and the loft was left abandoned me, London, Hudson, Chance and Bodhi took it and made it our own, but with Chance and Bodhi's break up they went there separate ways neither wanted to return and hence the room opened up
Kiefer: So which room is ours
London: Patience
Parker: Yes there are a few rules we have to go over
Preston: Oh Makes sense (sits on the couch with Kiefer)
Hudson: Rule time
Parker: Yes Loft rules are simple, Number One keep it in the bedroom of course no love making in public areas
Preston: Gotcha
Kiefer: Trust me, Preston's goods are for my eyes only
London: Number Two, any food unlabeled is free game
Parker: Yes don't leave out a package of Oreos and expect them not to vanish
Preston: Makes sense, I'm good sharing
Parker: Three keep it looking nice, I don't ask for rent I just ask you don't leave it a pigsty
Kiefer: Trust me that's no problem
Parker: Four, don't go in anyone's Bedroom unannounced, respect the privacy
Preston: All these rules are very valid for sure
Parker: Lastly this is most important, enjoy yourself, this a fun place we are like meant to be like brothers
Preston: For sure, it means the world you are letting us stay here Parker, I don't know what I would do if he had to go back to Canada
Kiefer: I will miss my hockey but I am willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to be with you Preston
Preston: Awe Babe (they kiss passionately)
Hudson: Gag me that is so cute, too cute
London: Oh you are just jealous Cuz Turin isn't around
Hudson: Oi, he's a short day long train ride away
Parker: Be nice Lond, I am sure they will make it work
Hudson: We will, only I thing I have to worry about is that sexy cousin of his they are very close
