Once I saw a mermaid. I was super surprised because I thought that mermaids were a myth. I was about to run and tell my parents, but she stopped me in my tracks by saying, " Please don't run! I won't hurt you! Are you disobeying your parents? I know I am," said the mysterious mermaid.

 I was even more surprised. " No, I am not disobeying my parents. I am Princess Lilly. Why are you disobeying your parents? Are you a princess?" I said. I hope I was not talking too much. My parents say when I talk too much that I scare people away.

 " I am Princess Crystal. I hate my dad, King Maxon because he makes me do most of the work. I can never get a break. My mother Queen America is kind and loving and says I come from a long line of traitors. I have no clue what that means," said Crystal. She starts crying. 

" Please, do not cry. Would you like to be my friend?" I asked. If she says yes. I will know if I was talking too much or not. " Yes!! My mom, I mean Mother will be so happy. My father not so much," She said. I was so happy I did not talk too much. 

" If you can meet me here at midnight It will be nice to see you again," I said. It looked like she would cry again. " Yes, I will be able to come if my schedule is not packed. It will be nice to see you again. Can we trade phone numbers?" She asked. " Yes, we can. Here is my phone number, 520-876-1029" I told her. " Here is mine 520-987-2345," Crystal told me.
