Y/n's POV

I remember it like it was yesterday. Moving to Nockfell when I was 15. The Addison apartments. Charley. Mrs. Sanderson. The Ghosts. The red eyed demon. The cult.

Most of my days at Nockfell never felt real, but the first day definitely did.

14 years ago.

I open my eyes to see the tall building I'll have to call home now. Addison apartments. How fun.

I took my headphones off and put my Walkman away.  (remember y'all it's the 80s-)

"Are you ready for this?" I looked beside me to see my stepbrother Kai wearing a nervous look. "I think we'll be fine"

He just got friends at our old school after being picked on for being gay. Now that we moved, I can't imagine how nervous he is.

I noticed his blonde roots are showing on his Pastel purple hair. "I'll touch them up for you" I said, poking his hairline and getting out of the car.

We all took the elevator up to our apartment. As the doors closed I noticed a blue hair kid walking past it. I shrugged it off. Not thinking much of it.

"You two will be sharing a room since it's only two rooms." Kai's mom said with a sweet smile. We looked at each other and ran towards our new room.

All our stuff was already here. We just had to unpack it. "You take the left and I'll the right?" Kai nodded and we situated the boxes in the middle of the room and started to unpack.

We finally finished. My side of the room was filled with band posters, Movie posters, and random ass stickers I found. Kai's side was filled with pastel and hello kitty. We stood by the room door admiring our work.

"We are two different people" Kai said with a laugh and I joined him.

We walked out the room to see Rei talking to that blue haired kid. "Oh! Y/n! Kai! Come here!" We walked up beside her. "This is Sal. He just moved in today as well!" Kai waved and I said a small hello.

"Sal said he was just going through the apartment and meeting everyone! How about you two join him? If it's okay with you of course sal." Sal shook his head no "oh I don't mind at all."

His mask was moving a bit when he talked and shifted upwards. So I'm guessing he's smiling.

Me and Kai walked out of our apartment and walked with Sal. "So Sal, how many people have you met?" Sal took a minute to respond. "Uh I've met Charley, he's super weird, collects those pony things."

"Glitter ponies?" Sal nodded. "He's just really weird about them. Oh, I've also talked to Lisa. She's really cool and is the janitor here." We got in the elevator and went down to the first floor.
