Family Holidays

< Ah... the holidays... its getting closer to Christmas as time flies by, time flies by so fast... >

Pastry's POV:

"In the name of the dough, oven, and witches..." 

I was saying my morning prayers, when I was done I looked on the calendar, it was December 1st, I walked out of the church after my prayer, I was walking to my house until I heard children playing from afar, I look and walk to them, since they seemed familiar..

"Hey kids, where is your mother?"

"Oh, hiya Pastry! We missed you!"

"Huh?!-"

They hugged me, these 2.. grey kids seemed familiar for some reason

"Missed.. me?"

"Yep! We came by to spend Christmas with you!"

Oh.. my... of course! My family was coming over! I had forgotten since I was so busy with church

"Oh! Hey guys, where is mom?"

"The house! Lets go!"

Aiden and Eve, my 2 younger siblings had lead me to the house they were staying at for the holidays, it was big to, we entered and I saw my mom, Stella

"Hi mom!"

"Ah hel- OH MY GOODNESS!"

She ran over to me and hugged me

"Pastry! Oh, sweet heavens my dear! I missed you! LILITH! LUCIAN! VIVIAN! GET DOWN HERE NOW!"
 

Those are my 2 older siblings, and Vivian was our maid, they would be happy to see me. Its been a while since I've talked to them, they headed down and ran to me and hugged me

"Pastry!! Ah, I missed you so much!"

"aha.. Its been a while Lucian, I missed you to,"

"Ah, hello Mrs. Pastry."

She bowed down, she always does this but its always alright to not, but she just wants to be respectful to others.

"Hello Vivian, its been a while since ive seen you, the same as ever"

"Well yes, a maid has to stay the same,"

"heh.. alright"

Then, there's my older sister, Lilith, she's the quiet girl no one wants to be friends with since they say she looks to weird, she isn't weird, she's just as normal as she is herself 

"Hi Lilith! It nice to see you!"

"..hello..."

She doesn't talk as much, her voice is soft and low, but we can still hear her and understand what she's saying, I gave her a hug and she hugged back and smiled, and walked off

"Soo.. mom, how long are you gonna be here?"

"Up until Christmas.. unless we find it comfy to live here!"

"It would be nice if you lived here but, circumstances"

"Yeah, and its bright out there!"

"Mhm,"

I forgot to mention.. my family HATES bright, like. anything bright, like bright colors, we all live in dark colors, she would cover our eyes of we see anything bright, just how it is, after a few hours i was with them talking and seeing how things were, im gonna love spending Christmas with my family...
