"It's Inarizaki High. Remember it because we're going to beat everyone at nationals." you didn't really take in what he said after he said his school's name. You tried to remember what you and your siblings read about when looking up memorable students in volleyball. 'Hol up. If he's trying to say that the guy he was talking about is Black, that he goes to his school, and that he's the team's ace, even better, one of the top five aces in Japan, then, that boy portraying Black excellence. I think he is. And if I remember correctly, he's in the top four. I wanna meet him.' "He sounds cool. I want to meet him." Atsumu paused his chatter at your words.

"He is cool, but I'm cooler." you nodded at him. "Sure." You turned to check on the things in the washer while hearing Atsumu defend himself as cooler than the guy you're interested in now. You took out the towels first and placed them in a dryer. Then lifted the sheets out of the washer to lay them in a separate dryer too. You set the temperature and turned back to Atsumu, who's finally done with his rant. You thought he was entertaining.

"So... How long do you think you could stay here without getting reprimanded?" you asked jokingly, bringing attention to the fact that he only offered to leave the gym without suspicion. The look of realization paired with an 'Oh shoot!' made you laugh. He made a frantic leave, but not without his parting words to you. "It was fun chatting with ya. I hope we can do it again. See ya." and you heard his haste as he made his way to the gym. You laughed aloud to yourself at the quirky boy and shook your head. 'Guess he's kinda interesting.' Then your thoughts trailed to you both earlier conversation.

'I still wanna meet this boy. I can't remember his name though, but he's really one of the top aces in Japan. Happy cry, bruh. I know his parents proud.'

It was that time. The time where the training camp ends and the players would go back to their teams and incorporate the skills they learned in their practices. The time where the realization that nationals is just a few weeks away and there's no time to skylack hits. It would also be your first time attending such an event at such a famous location. You feel yourself wanting to throw up at the thought.

Saying your farewells to the staff you've known over the course of two weeks, along with receiving some from some of the boys, you felt nostalgic. The honourable mentions are Atsumu's 'See ya at nationals, Manager-Chan.', Hoshiumi's farewell being a surprising lone 'See you later.' and Komori's cute wave and 'See you!' with Sakusa nodding behind him. You replied to them all to stay safe, then wondered when you'd see your two friends since the first week.

You signed, a bit disappointed that they may have left you because you all have the same route to the train station. Making your way out of the automatic doors, you caught Kageyama and Chigaya under the awning. Relief spread through your chest as the thought of them leaving you vanished. You spritely made your way to them.

"Hey, boys. You were waiting for me? We can go now." hands interlocked behind your back, you had half a mind to interlock arms with them and swing their arms, but didn't want to go about their personal space. "Did you guys enjoy your time here? I did. It was definitely awkward at first, but everyone here seemed nice. What do you guys think?" Chigaya started.

"It was definitely scary at first, especially after the first night. And I think it's evident that most of them really came here just for training. But I think your presence helped ease the atmosphere, [y/ n]-Kun. I still enjoyed it though. What about you Kageyama-Kun?" All attention was now on Kageyama as he put together his thoughts.

"I enjoyed it also. I think I learned a lot and can't wait to put them to use." He put simply, the light blush expressing more as his eye had a glint. He reminisced about the moves he had yet to see. Or more like, haven't seen until the camp. You told him the same compliment as you did when you both met at the train station for the second time

"I know I told you this before Tobio-Kun, but you're cute. And you're cute too, Eikichi-Kun. I really hope I get to see you both at the national stadium." 'It'll be my first time there. I can't wait.' you squealed inwardly while both boys blushed at the shared compliment. "Anyways, I'm ready to go home. I'm so tired and I want my ma food. Do you guys have any siblings back home?" a bit curious and wanting to fill the silence as you trio make way to the train station. Chigaya tells you about his brother who's younger but mischievous. He speaks fondly of him though. Kageyama talks about having a younger sister and you bemused at that.

"It feels like you were an only child, Buuut, you grew up with older folks. I'm only basing this off of your behaviour and mannerisms though." 'Especially your clipped sentences.' you added mentally. Words were still being exchanged until the sight of the station.

This being the last interaction you could physically have with the two, you tried to delay the moment's end. You peeped out, "Make sure to call me. Over the weekend. Or whenever you guys are free. Just do it or I'll haunt y'all."

Chigaya laughed at your joke as Kageyama queried, "Are you going to die soon? Why would you haunt us if you're not a ghost?" Both you and Chigaya stare at the questioner for a moment.

'... Sometimes, I feel like Kageyama is more of an idiot than how he looks. Like he look like he has so much sense. Why he be saying things so... He's my friend, lemme be not be mean.'

"Kageyama, it was just a figure of speech. I'm not going to turn into a ghost. Atleast, I hope not right now. I have a lot of things I want to do before I leave the physical world." Now the two ravenettes were looking at you. You pursed your lips, what you usually do when in an awkward situation, then laughed at them. The sounds of trains entered your hearing range.

"Okay, this is a see y'all later for real. See y'all later, okay? And train hard." It was the spur of the moment, but you hugged both of them, you used the excuse of not wanting them to see the tears in your eyes, then spun on your heel for the train. You turned one last time to wave at them. They both did so too, shyly of course, accompanied with flushed faces too. You smiled at their efforts and found a seat on the train, the transportation taking off the second you sat. The view of their figures got smaller. After silently praying for the safety of yours and their journey home, you thought, 'I wonder what mummy making to eat.'
