I feel something different in the air today,
Sun shining, Clouds disappear away,
There's something I've gotta share,
It's special, something about your care,
Baby, why is this so complicated,
I feel different & I won't fake it,
I feel the spark when we talk,
The time we spent, the late-night walk,
I never knew when I got this thought,
That maybe I should give it a shot,
And ask him out,
Without his parents to doubt,
And there we go again,
Break my heart & feel the pain,
How'd I ever think, I'd sustain,
That love is something I'd gain.
