"oh. you guys seemed close." mina said and ochako nodded. "he even keeps on calling you ki-"
"don't. no. stop." you said to ochako while pointing your spoon at her.
"we aren't close. we aren't friends. we're just people of the same class." you corrected.
"you're too defensive." ochako says with an all-knowing look.
"i'm not. i'm just merely stating facts." you said and slid your plate to the side to continue writing the poem that yamada tasked.
"another poem, y/n?" momo asked from beside you and peeked at your paper.
you meekly nodded. momo reads what you've written. "is it about being alone?" she guessed.
"nope." you said. "there are quite a few metaphorical lines here, but the theme is adolescence." you explained.
"i see. and you look like you're in a hurry, is that due today?" momo asked.
