(21) Tommy and Tubbo

I could feel the small purr of Ranboo on my shoulders. He felt safe here. Good. Tommy looked up at us, realizing that I probably was the real Y/n. He had to double take when he realized Ranboo was ‘gone’.

Tommy- “Hey! Where did the tall guy go??”

I  giggled, reaching my hand back to slowly grab Ranboo. He was a very small cat, especially for being so tall in his human form. I held him in my arms, making sure he felt as safe as possible. Tommy still looked confused.

I looked at Ranboo and me meowed softly. I put him down, seeing him turn momentarily to a puff of smoke, then to the Ranboo i've been seeing for a few days straight. He immediately wrapped his tails around my leg and moved closer to me. I put my arm around his shoulder, really trying to make him feel safe. Tommy looked shocked, Tubbo just seemed normal.

Tubbo- “You look really cool.”

Ranboo was caught off-guard by this and looked at Tubbo, who had a giant smile on his face.

Tommy- “Tubbo don't-”

Tubbo- “Ya wanna get married for tax purposes?”

I could physically feel Ranboo recoil. He stuttered so much i didn't even think he was speaking. I could tell he was caught off guard and very confused, so I decided to calm it all down.

Y/n- “haha, funny joke Tubbo. Now stop, you're scaring the poor thing.”

Tubbo laughed, Tommy just shook his head.

Ranboo- “A-are...uh...you serious? Like i only just met you a-and- and….but if it helps you with…’tax’, then o-okay….”

I looked at Ranboo and blinked, he was a stuttering mess. Tommy was in hysterics, can't blame him. Tubbo had a shine in his eyes.

Tubbo- “TAXES WILL BE SO MUCH LOWER! YES!”

I facepalmed, no way he's actually doing this.

Y/n- “You're not- serious. Right. Tubbo. RIGHT.”

He couldn't be

Tubbo- “After you died N/n, taxes went so high it HURTS. Yes, I'm serious.”

I almost started laughing, this stuff couldn't be made up. I grabbed Ranboo and hugged him, giggling when he immediately grabbed onto me. I was shorter than him, obviously, but not that much shorter compared to Tommy and Tubbo, so I put my head on his shoulder.

He then turned to cat form which made me giggle more, being social was clearly not his favorite thing. He climbed onto my shoulder hiding as best he could, I put my hood up again for him. I looked back at Tubbo and Tommy, who were both looking at me very confused.

Tubbo- “so…..he's taken?”

And that's when i couldn't contain it anymore. I started laughing a LOT. I was already in a giggly mood, but this just made it worse.

Y/n- “No! I'm more like a parent to him honestly, i found him and helped him. He is my child now.”

Tommy made an ‘ohh’ shape with his mouth, and giggled with me. Tubbo didn't waste any time.

Tubbo- “since you're his mom apparently, can i marry him? These taxes are killing me, and he looks like he has money.”

I sighed, he was being serious. I didn't want to lose Ranboo to a marriage or whatever, but Tubbo was talking like these taxes were really bad so…

Y/n- “Fine. so long as Ranboo is okay with it-”

I was cut off by a small meow of approval.

Y/n- “okay- I will allow you to marry Ranboo. I guess.”

Tubbo did a happy dance while Tommy looked at me in disbelief.

Tommy- “didn't think you would actually say yes but okay-”

Children hurt my brain.

Y/n- “well, now that that's all dealt with, can i stay here for a while, just until i have a place to be?”

Tubbo- “Of course you can! I honestly don't see why not, Tommy?”

Tommy- “Sure, just don't bother me.”

I nodded as a thank-you and put Ranboo on the ground, seeing as he immediately ran to the room in Tubbo's house that i used to stay in. I giggled and gave Tubbo a hug, followed by attempting to give Tommy a hug and failing miserably.

Tommy- “Nope.”

I sighed and walked to the room, waving at both of them and getting waves back in return.

Tubbo- “Night N/n!”

Y/n- “goodnight bee.”

Tommy- “Don't die in your sleep.”

Y/n- “can't make any promises.”
