It's so peaceful. The ground was painted in white due to the fallen white Sakura flowers. The sun shone just above but it doesn't feel hot at all. The reason why Kageyama Tobio, dressed in white kimono, stayed standing, rooted in place, thinking:

"Why am I here again?"

"Your highness! Why are you here? the people in the throne room are waiting for you!" It is a woman wearing a brown happi, she speaks in a hurried manner but never ceased to show respect in her words.

Kageyama sighed and started walking towards the said place. Upon arriving, all bowed their heads, as if afraid to meet eyes with the person that is leisurely walking towards the throne situated before the people present.

"Your highness, the king. The embodiment of power and might, this servant is here today to discuss something of great importance"

Kageyama just stared at him, silent for awhile since he knew what the man would say. nonetheless, he still spoke.

"Speak"

It is said in a calm and collected manner. Not a hint of impatience was heard and so, the man breathed a sigh of relief before kowtowing once more.

"My King, you have long since reached the right age to produce an heir. You have brides waiting in their chambers for you to spend the night, but they said that you never came"

The man paused and after a moment of silence, he spoke again.

"It is for the kingdom your highness, we need an heir to ascend the throne."

Kageyama wanted to roll his eyes but stopped himself.

"I will think further of this matter. You can all leave"

He said while waving his hands as if shooing the people away. The people that are present, especially the man who spoke was reluctant but has no right to disobey the King's words.

Just when everybody left was Kageyama able to let out an exasperated sigh and leaned against the chair that he was sitting on.

"All they could think about was an heir to inherit the throne and never regards my feelings"

"I never wanted to become the king in the first place"

Kageyama looked at the portrait of a man in his thirties and of a woman, looking much younger than the man, at the very corner of the throne room.

"Mother, Father, why do you have to leave me so early?"

Kageyama had none a clue as to why he is saying such things just then, the doors of the throne room opened revealing a guard with a man in tow.

"Your Highness! This person has been loitering suspiciously outside the gates"

The guard said and made the man kneel. His head hung low making Kageyama unable to see his face. However, what caught his attention is the color of the man's hair.

"Lift your head and let me see your face"

Kageyama ordered, however the man acted as if he heard nothing.

"Are you deaf or are you dumb?! Didn't you hear his majesty's order?!"

The guard yelled and grabbed a handful of the man's hair before lifting his head up. The moment that their eyes met, they were both rooted in place, both mesmerized at what they saw.

"Let him go and call for five male servants this instant"

"Your highness. I couldn't possibly leave you alone with this stranger"

the guard said, reluctant to go.

"It's fine. He won't harm me"

Kageyama said, not taking his eyes away from the man. The guard bowed his head and let go of the man before walking away to heed Kageyama's command.

"What should I address you?" Kageyama asked while kneeling to level his face with the man's.

The man didn't say anything and after a moment of silence, as Kageyama was about to give up, the man spoke.

"Tsu..."

Ring! Ring! Ring!

a loud cry from a little round object situated just beside Kageyama's bed awoke him.

The sky just outside his window was still painted in black thus, he still jumped out of his bed to get changed into his track pants.

"Morning Miwa!" He greeted his sister who's also awake and is now preparing for both their breakfast and lunch.

"Out for a jog?" She asked while busy whipping something.

Kageyama hummed as a response and finished tying his shoelace.

"Don't stay out for long. It's your first day as a high school student after all." Miwa said happily.

"I know" Kageyama said and walked outside their house.

He had not gone far from their house when Kageyama remembered about that dream.

"It's just a dream" He mumbled and started his morning jog.
